I came in Sunday morning for a trailer brake controller and the only person working there had no idea what I was talking about. So I brought it up on their website using my phone and he was able to find it on the computer but it wasn't where it was supposed to be in the store. So then he starts searching the entire store and I had to leave, I couldn't wait for a complete inventory check. Off to auto zone

I went into this store with a bunch of info looking to price. The gentleman who helped me didnt act as tho I was a pain in the rear but instead welcomed my questions and answered them, no matter if they were common knowledge. Thanks Advance Auto!

I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he helped this frazzled novice choose a jack stand and some hand tools at the last minute during the busy holiday season. Very grateful for knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

Purchased a fuel pump for my impala and it lasted 1 year and 9 months.sucks it couldn’t be warrantied but it’s fine I guess I’ll have to buy another that’s the only reason for 4 stars.

Came in tonight looking for a new battery, and Tim was on top of it! He talked to me about my options and helped me make the best decision for me, and installed my new battery in no time! Tim was such a big help, and because of him I will be back!

I needed help diagnosing my vehicles issue with starting. Zach was extremely helpful on a 95 degree afternoon, checking out my battery and starter. He was able to diagnose the issue, and took his time explaining everything to me. I am very grateful for Zach's willingness to help me with my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. I would highly recommend this Advance Auto and Zach.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Had a free battery diagnostic test done in the freezing cold. New battery installed and tested within 15 minutes by a very kind and helpful employee.

This is the worst auto part store I've ever been to. The ONE guy working took 30mins to cash one person out.

One of the better auto parts stores around, seem to have a better selection than other competing stores in the area.

I really want to rate this store no stars. I went there to get help checking my head lights and the guy didn't even want to leave the back of the counter to help with checking my lights. I was very disappointed. So I went to auto zone and they checked everything with my lights, and told me what the problem may be. They went out of their way and used anew bulb to check and see if it was my bulbs, a censer to check if that was the problem. Thanks Auto Zone!

Meredith answered my call about wiper blades. She was very knowledgeable and was able to pull what I needed off the shelf and hold for me to arrive. The employee who handled installing my wipers was very nice.

Love the service there. Their employees are VERY HELPFUL and the quality of the parts way exceeds o'reillys or AutoZone.

If looking for automotive parts always check with Advance Auto first, their website may leave something to be desired, but they more than make up for it with great staff. At the university location Meredith treated me awesome. Highly recommend.

They give me the wrong parts almost every time! Especially the blonde, female employee. Find a different store if at all possible!

Went for diagnostics check engine light came on and was running a Lil funny. Wasn't busy so had tech come right out and check it. Had 5 codes come up all of which he really didn't have an explanation or way to correct the codes yet allowed me to erase them (in hopes of it going away). ALL IN ALL a good experience and unless ur going to get diagnostics done, I would recommend this AAP store.

Friendly staff. Inventory a little low. No music playing. Prices seems a little higher than other stores offering similar product.
