Absolutely the BEST place in Marion IA. To get parts. The sales staff are a hoot. Great knowledge about almost anything you are working on. From old to new. Small to BIG.

This place is a complete joke. They charged me twice for an oil filter and oil and when I went back to show them they double charge me they told me there was nothing they could do because it only showed up once on thier invoice. I had proof with my bank statement and they still refused! Will never return there again! Manager there was also very rude.

Channing came out to vehicle and put a computer on car, diagnosed it and order the correct part. Very polite and knowledgeable. This isn't the first time this guy has helped us, really like him.

Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a brake light and they had me in and out with my part in minutes.

I've gotten parts from all of the other competitors and Advance Auto is by far the best! They are my go to for everything! Staff is knowledgeable about some of the more 'complex' automotive services. They also have the best blinker fluid I've used! My turn signals haven't quit working for a couple years! As most vehicles I see, either don't work or very rarely. Highly recommend Advance Auto!

I always judge auto parts stores by how they treat people who don't know anything about cars. I was agreed immediately when I entered the store I told the person what I needed and I had it within 5 minutes. And then the wiper wasn't stalled for me. What more can you ask?

This place and their employees are the best! I needed to add antifreeze to my car and couldn't get my hood open. An employee came out and explained what the problem was. He opened my hood and showed me how to do it. Thank you very much kind sir!

Andrew, the manager, was so kind and helpful when my daughter went in to get wiper blades. He helped her get the correct blades and even installed them. He went out of his way to make her comfortable in a situation that would normally cause her anxiety. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and great service!

I found the oil I needed for my car which was extremely expensive I might add BUT, I was glad it was on sale Buy one Get one Half off.

Found what I was looking for after having one of the employees point me in the right direction. Helpful personal, clean store.

Reason for low rating was 2 of 3 people working behind the counter were not wearing masks. I kept looking at the merchandise until the one person wearing a mask was free to check me out. 10-20-20.

Great place to get parts with the added benefit of online ordering and they almost always have a discount code available to save you more. You can join the Speedperks program and earn rewards that you can use on future orders.
The Marion store has a great bunch of people there to help and they have the knowledge to assist with all your automotive problems. Added bonus is that they are taking the pandemic seriously and require masks in the store for customers and employees.

Came to store requesting two headlights and to just show me where the placements are and to talk me thru the process. The managers unwillingness and excuses to not help was heartbreaking. Went to auto zone and had two females come out with tools to show me and encourage me. My heart breaks for anyone who needs a little guidance and having to hear excuses as to why they can't help. Hope to return someday with a change in the companies policy to help the uneducated.

We were having trouble with our A/C. Andrew helped us find everything we needed, change a fuse and get our car working again.
