Was closed despite hours posted online and on door said they were open was there over 2 hours before supposed to close doors locked nobody answered phone nothing to indicate even at location they closed early very disappointed should be open during times posted not close whenever feel like

Every time I walk in this place I wonder why I did…I still haven’t had a single employee that seems to have any knowledge in the parts world. Worst parts store I’ve been to don’t waste your time go to Arnold’s across town

Looked up the part I needed on their website before driving to the store. It showed the part was available for pick up at my location. I checked again while in line at the store and it still showed available. However they did not have the part available. Would give 1 star but the gentleman behind the register was very nice and tried to help.

Went to pickup a part for my car, they started closing eariler then the hours they say, the manager (JR) looked at me and he just walked away.

Guys will always ask if you need assistance. Will also come around with the best solution!

JR is AMAZING handle my friend's emergency battery needs, went ABOVE what any other auto parts store has EVER done! All the guys there are great but JR was the BEST!

I had went in to your store on a Sunday asking to buy some cables and a emergency kit.and to get my battery and alternator checked due to some car issues. The gentleman was not friendly and asked me to come back the next day and have one of the other guys check my car and told me I didn’t need the emergency kit and sold me cables and sent me on my way. Frustrated I went to my dealership the next day to have them look at my problem. Due to having a blower in my car my dealership wouldn’t even pop the hood so I decided to go back to your store even though I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with this grumpy bearded man I dealt with the day before. To my surprise God blessed me with a man named JR that works for you. To say he went above and beyond is a understatement. He saved me. He tested everything, He helped me pick out my battery, he changed it and it was not a easy process due to the battery location all with so much good energy and friendly chit chat. He was knowledgeable, he was kind, and you guys should be grateful to have such a standup guy working for your company. I went from never wanting to do business with that location to only wanting to deal with JR.what a good man.

Seems like the young guys don't really have customer service experience and they don't know the products the store has

The store and help is good. Their fuel pumps are the problem. Bought a car quest fuel pump and didn't even last a year. Yes, life time warranty, but the repair bill is what hurts.
