Nice people they helped me change my battery in the cold rain. They need raises higher up's and a place to keep them dry when outside helping customers.
Was near-by and website showed they had a clip I was looking for. It was actually in stock and wasn't too hard to find. Store seemed well kept.
I prefer Advance and most of my extended family also go here. Sign up for the perks and you will save money.
Came here to get engine filter, cabin filter and wiper blade. I love the friendly staffs and they are super helpful.
They usually have the parts I need and their counter guys are always polite and helpful but some lack knowledge on a lot of the parts and I believe that's due to a lack of training on Advanced Autos part
I needed a gas cap for my particular car. They ordered it and it was on the front desk the next day. Bravo
Alison (sorry I don't know if it's two L's or one) was awesome brought in a battery this past Sunday and she tested for me. Confirmed it was dead and swapped it out in within the warranty as I was looking around for other products for my Celica. She asked if I needed anything else. When I told her I was looking for a socket for spark plugs she immediately got up and found a socket for me as well as found the the oil filter for my car as well. Thank you so much. I'm very happy with this Advance Auto parts

They're always very nice. This time however, they gave me the wrong light bulb for my tail light. Just annoying because he looked it up right in front of me.
We were on a very long road trip and our battery decided Des Moines was a great place to die. Your store was recommended by the nissan dealership up the road. A very nice employee not only offered up tools so we could change the battery out, but jumped in and helped get it done. Thank you so very much for helping getting us back on the road.
Had a minor need to replace rear brake & turning signal lightbulbs. Fast & courteous. They loaned a Phillips screwdriver & rachet without concern. Great team!

I am so grateful for Amanu's help yesterday. It was subzero temperatures and my car battery died. Amanu was will willing to drive to my home and install the battery for me. He was kind and professional, even though I knew he was freezing. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and good deed. Thank you, Amanu (sorry if I misspelled your awesome name). Came in one night desperate for wiper blades there was 3 people in the store. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. I stood there for 15 minutes on my phone trying to figure out which blades I needed as they walked by. Finally I put the other items down and went next door. No one even acknowledged o left. Very disappointed - that was a bad first impression.
Bought and had a battery installed. The had it done in no time at all. Very professional and courteous.
