I've used these folks for years and they never disappoint. They helped me today with a problem involving the gas line to my dryer by replacing it. The next time you need their type of help give them a call. I have never had to call back on getting service and help.

My 82 year old mother asked your employee to fix her humidifier 3 months ago. She has called repeatedly, and you don't return calls. Last time she spoke with you, you told her the part was in stock and the supervisor would call her in an hour. That was 2 weeks ago. We can't even attempt to have anyone else fix it because your guy took the part with him. What kind of business are you guys running anyways?
