Our 25+yr a/c unit finally gave out this spring. After getting several estimates, I decided to go with Andrew and his HVAC company Air Support. He recommended a Trane heat pump and furnace system suited to our home and needs with consideration to sound, performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and cost. I appreciate the expert installation and how streamlined the utility area looks. It’s been about six months and we’ve been happy so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how it performs this winter. Andrew is honest and dependable. He takes a lot of pride in his work and in sharing his knowledge. I’m glad to support this local independent business.

I’ve seen many ac/Heat companies in my past. But Andrew’s knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity really impressed me! Attributes you don’t always see when you have a mechanical breakdown, and use those bigger companies that seems you never see the same technician twice!
I will be using Andrew’s company for future heat/cooling issues! Oh as for that price thing, will I’m writing this review and giving him 5 stars! That’s how I feel about them!

Andrew with Air Support is awesome! He is down to earth and will take the time to explain things to you before he does any work for you. Heis quick to respond and can get you in quickly for emergency needs. I have recommended Air Support and Andrew to friends and family and will be a customer for years to come.

We had gotten 3-4 quotes for a new HVAC put in our house. Our furnace was short cycling Andrew was the only one who offered a heat pump option.

After much consideration we decided to replace the furnace only. I believe he gave us the best options at the best prices he could allow and still remain in business.
Andrew was patient, explained everything in easy to understand detail. He was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from him over someone else.

Andrew and his assistant installed our furnace and left absolutely no mess. Andrew came back the next day to put finishing touches on the furnace himself. There are no unsightly marks or taping/sealing places.

We appreciate small business owners who prioritize craftsmanship over "git 'er done" attitude. We trust he will be there if any problems occur or when our AC unit needs to be replaced.
