Are they still in operation? I cant get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages.maybe my money is not good enough for them

Wonderful place. Stayed here during the covid crisis. On our way back home from Minnesota to Louisiana. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was essentially an apartment! Kitchen and balcony! We made ourselves at home and absolutely loved it! Not fancy but very clean and comfy and loved the space!

This place is awesome for the price, you get rooms that you would pay double for most other places in the area, great size kitchen and nice bathrooms, only thing that might bother some people is the jacuzzi room i got i would consider appropriate for couples only since the only thing dividing the bedroom from the bathroom is the jacuzzi and a couple shower curtains, great option if you are looking for intimacy though.

Stemming from a random Google search "hotels with a kitchen" we found this place.what a hidden gem.were from Chicago and we were looking for something just far enough away and a weekend to put our phones down and enjoy each others company.the 2 sketchy things about this place is.

1.that it's on the way far side of town.dont let that fool you.plenty of shopping restaurants and very clean area.

2.borders an airport.we didn't hear 1 plane.we took a leap and got here after a 3.5 hour drive.staff was super friendly, lobby was clean and when we got to our room that was also very clean.my only suggestion to the owner of the property would be a larger TV in the living room.this place is seriously great for a weekend getaway and has a nice kitchen for making food with your special someone.

10/10 I couldn't be happier.we will be back.

Passing thru iowa city and needed a clean quiet hotel and found this place for half the price. Gentlemen who checked us in upon our arrival was so nice and accommodating. Would deffinitly recommend to stay here.

Alexis Park Inn and Suites is a great hotel. They have been very accommodating to me while my van has been in the shop. With so much uncertainty about when it would be ready, they have extended my stay a few times without question and gave me good rates. The staff is so friendly and kind. If I am ever in Iowa City overnight again I will most definitely be staying here.

I was visiting for a pre-surgery exam at the UofI Hospitals. Having a total hip replacement so am currently very limited in mobility and suffer with a lot of pain when I am unable to find a comfortable resting position. AUSTIN checked us in, Nd when he noticed the situation, he upgraded us from a single our reserved single room on the third floor to a 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor at no additional cost. He even offered to let my companion keep the suite and GIVE me my own single room on the ground floor, again at no additional cost! He came assisted us with parking and entry and was genuinely a nice person who truly seemed to take pride in what he was doing. KUDOS AUSTIN! It doesn't end there. Once inside, the room was lovely. Very clean with comfortable furniture in the living room. There were also TVs with a ton of channels in the living room and each bedroom. Linens on the bed looked, smelled and felt great. The mattress itself was firm yet comfortably cushioned. Overall, a great experience, especially given the low price. I would strongly recommend, especially for anyone visiting the Hospitals or Kinnick Stadium given its close proximity. Approximately 10 minutes door to door. Go Hawkeyes!

When I first booked our stay here last month, I was not sure what to expect from the hotel room or people who worked there. But the rooms are great and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I really recommend staying here if you have to stay overnight in Iowa City, IA
