We fell in love with an older home - the listing agent was quite difficult to deal with and there were constant changes, updates, fixes, etc, that needed to be done prior to even purchasing the home and Alicia was the biggest blessing in all of it. She took all the difficulty away from us (first time home buyers) having to deal with it and handled everything quickly and respectfully. She knew all the right questions to ask, moves to make, ensuring we were truly protected in all of it. Not to mention, YEARS later, she still stays in touch with her clients.
