Madelyn was amazing! Greeted me right away and took her time helping me pick out frames I liked. Explained all the options and upgrades to me and gave great suggestions on which ones would work best for me! Definitely recommend!

This office is wonderful! The optometrist was patient and thorough and Madelyn, Eric and Syd were very helpful! Cant wait to return and give Madelyn a hug!

I walked in to get some assistance for Contacts. From the start i was Greeted I was cared for with an awesome attitude. But there’s a lady, Her name is Madelyn she tended my daughter. My daughter was thrilled at How great Customer service was. Definitely going back.

Everyone at this location is super polite, respectful, professional. Felt like I was in family. Doctor was amazing very caring. All my Questions Were answered and cared for we did get bad news, but she made us feel so good. My husband is blind from one eye. Here care for him was so loving. We knew there was a problem. But the way she brought it to our attention was so comforting. Love this place.

While I did not purchase any glasses at my last visit, I have purchased glasses there in the past and have been very impressed with the professionalism and kindness I received from Madelyn.

I really liked the service provided by Michael! However I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The staff were all VERY friendly with very good prices, all but one. The lady who did my eye exam talked to me like I was a child. I brushed it off the first time however when I came in the second time she still had an attitude and the way she was saying things was extremely condescending. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, and this isn’t to be one. Everyone else was great and sweet. She was rude but then tried to finish it off with “I just don’t want anything bad to happen with your eyes. ” Have I made mistakes, yes. But there’s a way to say things and give advice, and that was not the way. Thank you to her anyways for doing my eye exam, and thank you to all the very friendly staff who were more than happy to accommodate me!

Worst place ever, If I could give them 0 stars I would, terrible communication & extra charges that they dont tell you before an exam, the provider also bills wrong codes, patient ends up responsible due to her error that she doesn’t acknowledge.

Experience is really great the people are really nice and a doctor is awesome thank you very much I'm very happy

All About Eyes personnel are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They take their time to explain everything and always put a patient first. Dr. Hallie Kuchera is so nice, friendly and professional. She genuinely cares about her patients and their needs and wants. Thank you for everything you do. Keep up a great work.

The Waterloo All About Eyes is a great place to shop for glasses. My exam was very thorough and professional. The technicians and sales staff were wonderful to deal with. I will definitely return to them the next time I need glasses!

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! Between the very shady and underhanded business practices and the clear incompetence of their lens crafters that couldn't manage to get it right even after having three weeks to do so, they have all but guaranteed that you will leave alot poorer and very dissatisfied!

I just want to thank Brittni for all her help with my glasses she is very professional and knows her job very well it didn't take me very long to get what I needed for my glasses and for my safety glasses she was very helpful in this and knows her job very well thanks again

First time going to All About Eyes in Waterloo. They were fast getting me in for exam and very helpful with picking out frames. I would recommend my family and friends to go here.

I really liked it. Very professional. Liked the selection of glasses. Very helpful helping me pick.

They were super friendly and helpful! All dressed professionally, answered all my questions, and had a great optometrist. Dr. Kuchera noticed something lodged in my eye so we had to numb my eye and remove it right ther. She didn't make me feel rushed and even remembered my face the next week and asked how it was feeling without even seeing my chart first.

My glasses came in 2 days and they even offered a military discount. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

The quality of the customer service from Eric Madeline and Grace as well as the optometrist at the Waterloo Iowa branch of All About Eyes is top-notch and Beyond reproach some of the most excellent customer service by all involved that I have experienced in quite a while anywhere I have been a client or a customer the Personnel of that location is All About Eyes are all outstanding assets to that company.

Total professionalism from all staff members. I would recommend this business to anyone that's looking for a optometrist.
