We selected All American Turf Beauty, Inc.to install a PermaLite system 2 years ago and love it! The system is permanent, I do not climb on ladders, I do not have lights to store, I do not invest any time each fall freezing as I install my lights. I use the lighting system throughout the year and can easily change the colors, pattern, etc.to whatever I want.

I no longer am like Clark W Griswold in "Christmas Vacation" struggling to get my lights to work. I simply push a few buttons on my cell phone and enjoy the show!

Been using All American Turf for over 22 years. Professional and job done right. Also been using their Christmas lighting service for over 6 years, love having someone else put up and take down our lights and wreath.

They've added snow removal also but not enough snow for them yet this year (2023/2024). Priced very well too!
Extremely happy with their lawn work. This will be at least our fourth year to use them. Highly recommend!

I've been with All American for a few years now. And all I can say is that my lawn is the best on the block. And, then, of course, I had to splurge and receive their Permanent Lighting. Now, THAT probably is the most fun I have ever had. I cannot wait until I get home so that I can go through all the fun colors, etc. To sum it all up. All American is truly A TOUGH ACT TO FOLLOW!

I was a loyal customer for 30 years. When the longtime serviceman retired, a new guy started, Then, the serviceman made a huge fertilizer spill on my lawn, and burned a giant hole in my front yard. And, watching my security cameras, I could see that the serviceman would come to my yard, spray a little against the siding of my house, NEVER even go into the yard to spray, and then walk away. My yard was full of weeds and creeping charley. When I called the corporate offices to complain, they were uncaring to the point of rude, basically said they could not do anything about it.
I have spent hundreds of dollars having another lawn care company dig out the burned area, re-sod, and re-seed, over a period of 4 years.
I would warn everyone to stay away from this company.

We have used All American Turf Beauty in Ames for many, many years for our lawn care and for our Christmas lights. They are awesome in both areas! Super professional with service and installation. We highly recommend them. The compliments from people of our lawn and our lights at Christmas are always positive and that means a lot to us!

We have had All American core and over seed our yard for several years, but the last couple of year I suspected that they weren't really applying any grass seed after they cored the yard. This fall, my wife was home when the work occurred, and they definitely did not apply grass seed, but we were billed for that service. When I came home that evening, I walked around the entire yard and was unable to find even one grass seed anywhere. I contacted the employee that did the work, and he told me that they did apply grass seed to my yard after coring.

We will not have All American core our yard next fall. We have also had All American decorate our home with Christmas lights also, but have cancelled that service also. They won't be getting any business from us in the future!

I signed up for quarterly service and an aeration/over-seeding in the fall. I never received the aeration or over-seeding and now they are saying they can’t do anything until the spring. I will use someone with better follow up.

So they treated our yard when it was supposed to be my neighbors yard. They left a bill for our neighbor on my door. I called to tell them that day that this was a mistake and they had just treated our yard. (So our yard was treated twice with only a couples weeks in between treatments) Office still made us pay for the $400+ treatment. No apologies and no “we will make this right”. Acted like this was our fault! Not impressed. I sent a complaint letter in with my check and no replies. Just ignored…again. But they cashed the check promptly.

Used to be professional - not any more apparently. Used the service several years now and for the first time contacted to focus on specific area to treat weeds. Sent a message to the service man and talked with lady at the front desk two times - no communication back and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Adam had contacted us about getting on schedule in February then in April hadn't had anything happening so reached out and he had moved departments so didn'tappearconcerned. He said to contact Sam so did and she said put us down for the next week and no one has ever showed up. The year before had problems with them showing up when said they would.

Great Company that takes great care to do an excellent job every time they step on your lawn. They treat your lawn like it was there own yard. This company also cares about their employees and it shows! I recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation. Thank You Kevin and Team!

I use them for installation of Christmas lights. They were supposed to be put up in late November. Two years ago it was late December before they were installed. This year they kept pushing the date for installation back and they never were installed. I will be looking elsewhere this year.

Going on at least 10 years with All American, Always excellent personal service for all services they offer.

Weeds grew like they were on steroids. I called and told them to come treat the weeds and they came to give another full application. It was sickening to have hired a company that really didn’t have any compassion at what they did to my lawn at $140 a treatment. I pretty much paid someone to come and pretend to tend to my lawn. 2 stars because they did irrigation just fine. The guy was nice. Everything else was trash
