I love this place and don't trust anyone else with my vehicle. I drove 25 miles out of my way to get my van serviced here when working from home. They always shoot straight with me, explain what is needed, answer my questions, provide an accurate quote up front, and offer advice on how to prevent vehicle issues and save on or avoid the need for repairs down the road. Ryan takes great care of my vehicle and always treats me with courtesy, respect and a smile.

They lied and said that my water pump was bad, when it actually was my head gasket. They are not good at what they do. I will never go here anymore

I sent my car in for vent actuator replacement, a heater core flush, and an coolant pressure test. I've had this coolant issue for quite some time now and never seen a drip of coolant anywhere. The price was around 370-380 for those services. I received a call ftom one of their employees saying they found the coolant leak. He stated that when pulling my car in they noticed a huge puddle of coolant where my car was parked. He said it was from Inlet outlet relay hose which is a dealer part. He then stated you certainly can't drive this car like this. Now I'm in a position to where I have to pay whatever the price is to fix my car. Which ended up being another $600. So I gave the go ahead to continue with the work. I went in later that day to get my garage door opener out of the car. The same guy and myself started talking about my car. He then went on to tell me that they power washed where my car was that's why there wasn't any snow in that area. I never came there to ask about why isn't there snow where my car was. I wasn't there to look for a puddle of coolant. Just felt like guilt to me. So picked my car up Thursday the 4th of February after hours. He said he got me heat better but not where he liked it to be, and that it would get hotter while the car was in motion. He also said he flushed my heater core about 3 times. I said it's ok as long as I have heat. Needless to say I still don't have heat on my driver side. It's still cold in my car. But it is what it is lesson learned. Be careful going to shops when you have out of state tags. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, OR WILL I EVER GO BACK. IN MY EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS. I believe they messed something up with the pressure or whatever and couldn't be honest about it. We could've worked something out if that was the case. I'm never looking for anything free. But honesty goes a long way. I also got qoute for rear rotors and pads he told me something close to $500. I called to other places today and they weren't even $400.

Awesome! Ryan gave me a quick and fair estimate on my radiator replacement and performed the work very quickly to minimize my downtime. Best auto repair service I could have asked for.

I had my vehicle towed here after my car broke down while driving. All Pro was unable to fix the engine issues and advised that my vehicle should be sold for scrap. Skeptical, I got a second opinion and discovered that All Pro had incorrectly installed my timing belt, and charged me $400+ for doing so. I had my vehicle repaired elsewhere and it ran beautifully. When I confronted All Pro on their mistake, the Ankeny manager became extremely defensive and refused to admit they had made a mistake. They claimed a "master technician" could not possibly have installed the belt incorrectly. The owner Pat did eventually refund the labor and apologize, which is the only reason this review deserves two stars. While Pat was professional, the manager at the Ankeny location was beyond childish to work with. Never again.

I'm writing this review now because not only will I never return to All Pro, but their mailing flyers continue to plague me, even after I moved out of state. I called to be removed from their mailing list and All Pro claimed they are unable to delete my account from their system. Unbelievable.

I can recommend Aim High Auto in Ankeny as a high quality, more honest shop.

I developed car problems while passing through Ankeny on a road trip. I was unfamiliar with the area and was towed to All Pro Servicenter. They were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the issues with my vehicle and fixed the problems the same day. The service was excellent and they even called the following day to assure I made it to my destination safely and my car was running well.

Although developing car problems on a road trip was frustrating, I am so grateful that I was brought to this garage.

This was my first time going to a service center, and I am definitely coming back. The man (Patrick) working the counter was super friendly and would conversate, the cost for an oil change and to patch my tire was very reasonable, and overall they were just professional. I am definitely coming back.

Ryan is always upfront and honest about my vehicle. The service techs took care of my vehicle's needs in a quick fashion and Ryan is always pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend All Pro.

I took my car in today to have a vehicle inspection. I've had bad experiences going to repair shops before, and always felt distrusting. However today was so refreshing at All Pro. Ryan was incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and HONEST.

They took care of everything from my tow arrangement to it being completed. They communicated every step of the way. They went above and beyond to locate a part for my car. They also went out of their way to save me a lot of money. They came in under budget, answered all of my questions, gave great advice and were very kind. Seriously cannot say enough amazing things about the service I received.

As you walk into All Pro Servicenter you are greeted by Ryan at the customer care desk. Ryan will and always has been our go to automobile service advisor. Our truck has over 226,000 miles and our car just topped. 100,000. Ryan is complicated by Dennis, he his the mechanic. Between the two of them there is a knowledge and mechanical ability to fix whatever I bring them. Neither adds unneeded parts or labor in the over 15 years I have been going here. For us, there is no other in comparison. Thank you.

We have been in Ankeny for a couple of years now, and struggled to find a good go-to car service center.until we found All Pro! Ryan has been amazing to work with, providing fantastic customer service. The work they do is excellent, efficient, and affordable. I have never been surprised by any cost as Ryan always calls to confirm prices and what needs to happen before doing anything. This is our fave place! Highly recommend.
