I dropped off my Yukon and asked them to replace my passenger wheel bearing, turned out the that was ok it was the driver side needed replaced and they had it fixed in about an hour

Took my car to this place on a Friday afternoon. It was not shifting correctly. They verified on Monday super early that my ignition coil and spark plugs were bad. I replaced them after that and found proper operation of my vehicle. They even cleared my codes after I was done because I didn’t have an obd reader. Amazing service and respectful of my intentions to repair myself. Patrick was awesome and so was the mechanic/technician.

Tyler was phenomenal he has customers in the waiting area and came out to my vehicle and took care of me right away ordered what he thought it was and put it in when it came. I will be back

My daughter and I broke down in Des Moines IA. Called All Pro Service Center-North and the Manager Tyler Roberts answered the phone. Great phone and people skills. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service center was very busy but every encounter with the staff was positive, honest, helpful and all questions were answered and explained very clearly. While waiting I did not see or hear any customer turned down. We were very impressed with Tyler and his staff. I believe it is the best experience I have ever had and would highly recommend them.

We were stuck between states for my friend's birthday, engine light going off, and they helped us out when no other place in the area was avaliable. Everyone there was super friendly and understanding, especially Brandon! Our day would've been screwed without their incredible help!

I called many shops and everyone was a week or two out. Was going on a emergency trip and Tyler the manager got me in right away. Not only did he checked my fluid but he was very professional and provided a lot of good information about my vehicle and the maintenance. Price was more than fair and affordable. 100% recommend bringing your car into all pro service center in desmoines. I am a very satisfied customer.

Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. My family was on a cross county road trip and had some vehicle issues. We called around to multiple transmissions shops and Tyler was even attentive on the phone call when I was feeling overwhelmed. If you want great customer service and a knowledgeable mechanic then I would recommend All Pro Servicenter.

Stopped in around 1030 am to see if they could check my tire that kept going low. Was in and out within 1 hour as they were finishing up customer there before me. The staff was great about everything. Reasonable price to fix hole in my tire

Well, I needed some extensive repairs done to make my vehicle safe to drive. They are a little pricey, but guess what? The work was done in a day and the car seems to be better off so far. The customer service was great and I’d still go back!

Just spoke to Brandon. Customer service is apparently not part of their business model…sadly all I was asking for was a quote. Lot of attitude and a condescending tone. I will not recommend this location if these are the associates I will end up working with.

I came in mid afternoon and needed an oil change. They worked me in. Then when they finished 2 of them came out to talk to me like doctors coming to give you bad news. I had foolishly let the car get down to 1 quart of oil. They very kindly explained to me what to do so that didn't happen again and I wouldn't take the chance of ruining my engine. You guys are the greatest.

Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to. Very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly! Highly recommend to all.
