I saw Fadi Alkhatib, DO recently. It as my first time to the office, the front office is as professional as the back office. They are very efficient and wait time is minimal. I like that Dr. Alkhatib listened to me, we talked about action plans to treat my allergies. It is really refreshing to have a physician care about his patients.

I've used Allergy Institute P. C.for 5 years. Everyone there is professional and courteous. I've recommended them to many others and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend Dr. Alkhatib! He is the best doctor that I have ever seen. He is the most patient, kind, and thorough doctor you will ever meet. He actually takes time to listen to your concerns, which is rare these days. He has helped with me my allergies and my recently diagnosed asthma after I got covid last summer. Truly the best doctor you could ever ask for!

Very friendly staff, they express a lot of concern for my well being. Very convenient and easy to work with. My insurance covers everything except about $24 every 6 months. I have been getting allergy shots for 5 years and they work; Highly Recommend!

I had a great experience here. It’s a very interesting experience that I have really benefited from. Dr. Jansen even made it fun. I have had seasonal allergies all of my life as well as a couple of food allergies. I didn’t just learn what I’m allergic to, but what correlations and corrections there may be. Alexandra Jansen is the BEST! I have had allergy testing done, treated for asthma and allergies and she was the ONLY one who caught my acid reflux- others at other places told me to go home and use my inhaler- wasn’t even the problem- nice new facility, I never seem to have to wait hardly at all - which tells me they are not overbooking just to make the bucks- spends time with her patients and feel completely different than before I came, completely controlled allergies and asthma. She will also make referrals if needed.

It is a great environment with friendly and kind staff. I always feel like my well being matters and is valued as they take the time to listen to any concerns I may have.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with a rare heredity disease called HATS. Dr. Alkhatib has gone beyond what a normal doctor would do. He researched the disease, talked to my other doctors to look for connections to my other health issues, and truly listened to me, especially when I am having a reaction. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Alkhatib as my allergist.

I appreciate the care I receive here. Front desk to back office nurses have always been friendly and efficient. When I have called in for help with medications, I have always received a prompt response.

They have a new location, very close to the old one. It is very nice! The very best for allergy/asthma care! Dr. Alkatib and his nursing staff are experienced and so very polite and kind. They do testing for foods and allergens, plus airborn allergens of course, insect stings, etc, plus of course immumotherapy shots. I have used him now since Dr. Al-Shash retired, and although I have not known him for 35 years like I did Dr. Al-Shash, he is very warm intelligent, kind and helpful!

Likewise, his staff is great. And after December 19th, 2022, they will be in their new, larger, nice facility at 2001 Westown Parkway, Suite 107, just 6 blooks east of where they are now, off of 22nd street. I cannot give enough "props" to the entire staff and to Dr. Alkatib. They have all been so very helpful to me in the past 1.5-2 years. I can't wait to see their new facilities.
