Stopped in there to pick up parts for my buddy and I found a few things I needed as well. The one lady kept falling asleep, while the other lady was just getting off the phone. If I ever need parts and I’m in the area I will stop again. The little lady that helped me was super nice and helpful.

I bought a 2020 579 from another dealer I made it down to Clear Lake Iowa to the Peterbilt shop with a check engine lite on an about to derate. I talked to Ryan an he got me in as soon as he could got me fixed up an on the road again. I can’t say enough good things about his team Ryan the service manager an Bob the service writer an the mechanics that worked on my truck, thank you all, all of you were amazing! Also the parts people they got the parts in quickly.
Thank you all for an amazing job! I will definitely use this shop again!

By far the best peterbilt I've ever been to. My truck started giving me a ton of codes and derating just after I picked up my load that would've taken me home. I thought I was screwed. I took the truck here and they got me in and out and I was able to make it home.

Called in ahead of time to make sure they could fix the wheel seal. I was assured it would only take two hours at the most. If I could get there in the next hour. I was in there 20 minutes later. They put the truck in the shop right away. As you are thinking great. No not great. Truck sit in the shop for an hour with no one working on it. I ask to show them an air line to ask for a replacement. Mechanic that is supposed to be working on it is standing at another truck talking. Truck sits in the shop for three and a half hours. Finally done. Only to pull the truck out of the shop with rim still covered in oil. So is it still leaking or did they just not clean it. Still to come. No clean up done. Never returning
