Janet Alvarez is a very dumb person. My friend broke down on her Street and I met up with him and helped move his vehicle and then came back to get mine later. She reported to the cops that I was stealing catalytic converters because I parked my car on her Street? Then posted my home address, and slanderous lies on Facebook. She doesnt deserve any more USD. She is not respectful or grateful for our country.

No complaints. Even after our car was repossessed last year they are more than willing to sell to us. I love the service.

I purchased a car from Alvarez Auto Sales, the whole staff was so nice answered all my questions. I make my payments on time and have never had a problem. I see bad reviews on here, I wonder if these made their payments on time?

I bought my car there 2019. They are very great people! I had a simple issue on my vehicle and was serviced within 12hrs. Let me tell you about late payments, if you're steady up to dates on your payments and happen to need to skip one date, they will understand and alow it without a late fee. I recommend them.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM IN DES MOINES, IA. The ladies in the office are BEYOND rude, I missed one payment and they took the car saying they sent things in the mail which I NEVER received and they didn’t have copies for. COMPLETE SCAMMERS! They honesty don’t even deserve one star.
