I have a package they haven’t delivered Wednesday Thursday Friday and supposedly 5: 25 am this morning I have been here everyday it hasn’t been delivered they blamed it on weather but the roads were clear in Wednesday I was out driving and Thursday also and as of this morning they are saying update my delivery instructions which were updated weeks ago they still have the package I have no phone number to contact them to find out the address where my package is and the Amazon customer service don’t have a address for the logistic center either this is ridiculous and they need to stop making up excuses why this package wasn’t delivered

Staff and managers are almost unhelpful. They will be able to help after you go back and forth with them for 30 minutes.

Constant safety issues due to the encouragement to skip through vehicle safety reporting.managers lack concern for the safety and health of their drivers.ive seen broken windows, completely lost tires… do not recommend contributing to their service.

Delivery drivers have delivered the boxes to wrong address! It is happening everyday at Woodward Acadamey. This is so fustrating for the families sending supplies to their kids. There has to be some changes made in DELIVERIES.

Need to get your act together on deliveries! Took over 10 days to get a prime package. Was out for delivery then took it back to hub. Did not receive until AFTER Christmas! Pathetic service!

Package was out for delivery yesterday. Apparently the driver marked it as delayed due to severe weather. We live in Iowa, 1 to 3 inches of snow is nothing! Now my packages won't be delivered for days.

They have now failed to deliver 14 packages. Every morning Amazon says Out For Delivery and every evening they say Processing at carrier facility. Tomorrow is Christmas Eave and Amazon will not deliver any of my packages. Not Rural, in the heart of West Des Moines.

The app said in my package will be delivered by 10 PM last night and the driver showed up two minutes before 9 sat in their car for 20 minutes and then walked up to me as I was waiting outside for my package and said he was not delivering my package because it was after 9 o’clock and the package was a present for my daughter for Christmas and we were headed out of town at 8 o’clock today for Christmas vacation and now my daughter is without her Christmas present

My package has been in transit/out for delivery twice, you canceled me again today. Amazon rescheduled me for today, and again the driver ditched me. It said delivery by 10: 00 PM. This is a tiny town, and I’ve seen them here again all day today. And now they aren’t coming. This was a replacement order, because you delivered a destroyed package! Now I don’t have it, thanks a lot for ruining a child’s Christmas. We ordered two, because there are two boys and now there’s only one item. They will be heartbroken.

I was suppose to get my package tonight by 10pm. This driver showed up at 9: 12pm sat in his van till 9: 26 came out and said he can’t deliver since it’s pass 9pm? I said you are standing right there give me my package. He said that’s not how it goes and he was behind on his deliveries. That’s not my issues. Horrible customer service. I’m calling corporate number tomorrow and filing a complaint. My app said my package will be delivered by 10pm. When I called Amazon it says that my package will be delivered by 8pm. Driver is telling me they can’t deliver pass 9 pm which I confirmed with supervisor that is not accurate.
Horrible driver horrible customer service just plain horrible. I have ever dealt with such poor customer service in my life. If it had an option for 0 starts that’s what this driver would get is 0 - 10

Failed to deliver my two packages to an amazon hub, and after calling and talking to customer service one of the employees from the warehouse called me and assured me that my packages were going to be delivered on the same day after I explained my situation and why I needed my packages on that day, I even offered to go pick them up myself just so I could get them. The employee continued to promise that I had nothing to worry about and that my package was already on another amazon flex drivers route and it was going to be delivered. Fast forward 2 hours and I called customer service again to get an update and it turns out it was all a lie, the package was still at the warehouse and it wouldn’t be delivered today, costing me time and money. Did I get any sort of contact from the employee after that? Not a single word, zero responsibility or respect to their word and don’t even mention accountability.

Great service amazon!

Little advise: Do not waste your money on prime it clearly isn’t worth it.
