Place was clean. Breakfast was lack luster. Only thing available when we got up at 7 AM was bagels & coffee. The rooms were alright. The bathroom toilet needed scrubbing & refrigerator had left over condiments which was no big deal but should have been removed. Before arriving we tried calling 3 times with no answer. But upon arriving someone was at desk!? !? They didn't have a sign that was lit so litterally we pasted right by it. Went to gas station right across the street and still didn't see it till it was pointed out!

Good location, nice room, the shower was good. The TV was too small with poor sound, couldn't hear it over the room heater. The mini fridge froze my water over night. No coffee this morning at the contental breakfast, no eggs, no fruit. The orange juice came out water.
For $55 for an overnight stop it wasn't bad, but some kind of breakfast would've been good, especially when you make a point of telling me about it!
We'll find something else next time.

Pretty dodgy. Stains all over the carpet and furniture, cigarette burn holes in the comforter.

The bathroom sink leaked from the drain onto the floor anytime we used the faucet.

Dehumidifiers lining the hallways aren't a good sign.

Front desk attendant was kind (if slightly twilight zone).

GREAT, only reason for a4, no bar in lobby. Water pressure good and hot, good people, clean. Absolutely great for the money. CAN'T LOSE

Just got into town and wanted a room Thur, Jan 12th @ 5: 45 am. Needed a shower and some r and r. Was tired of driving. Didnt care the charge or whatever extra it may have been and was going to stay until Fri 13th or Sat 14th and I'm told i have to wait till 1pm (7hrs later) to get any room when you have vacancy? I'm from the area and you just lost a present and future customer for sure. This place must be killing it to turn away business like that. If this is really their policy for people that get in early in the morning looking for a place to stay then that's got to be the worst business management policy I've ever heard of! I'm sure I can find another place in Dubuque that's willing to take my money!

Electrical outlets loose, need to be replaced. Breakfast late and needed to be restocked more often. Ceiling fans over lobby and dining area need to be cleaned.

We stayed in a 2 queen room. Lobby/continental breakfast area is spacious and inviting. Staff was welcoming. Room was very nice. Personal favorite was the pancake maker. Real Star Trek type stuff. Excellent little hotel for a bargain price.

Rooms were clean enough, staff was very slow at 9 pm. Would stay here for a night, but no longer than that. Rooms were clean!

Clean and comfortable. Pool was warm (unlike some) Breakfast is mostly starch.no eggs or meat. Clean, basic room for a good price; had tv, fridge, and microwave.

We checked in for a night, stayed 2. Room was clean, sheets were fine, no stains or hairs. Bathroom was clean. Fun place to stay, night time, the town closes up, easy to play adult T or D, also lots of fun. A few decent places to eat that are walking distance. Sometimes some truckers are there chillin and eating. Apartments real close, easy to find friends over there too. Freeway on / off ramps right close by, convenient. Only reason for no 5 stars, I had my birthday suit ready for a night swim, but it was closed.

I was very disappointed in our stay as NOT only was our price double the price to stay but was very dirty. Walls were dirty, hair in the bathtub like it wasn't even cleaned, carpet was dirty, breakfast wasn't fully cooked and had to ask for more. Then observation of false information on site. Only stayed as it was late and couldn't find anything last minute. Would of stayed in my car if it wasn't for my children. But note to self NEVER stay at this one again have stayed at many of these branches with positives. Would of given a zero in rating if I could.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite, the room was clean and spacious, and it was a very quiet, peaceful environment. I would highly recommend staying here!

Be warned if you stay, I also have photos, black mold growing in the bathroom. Visible stains on pillow cases, visible stains on sofa and dirty! There was holes in the wall and my window was cracked all the way through and they used tape… breakfast was underwhelming! I wouldn’t stay again

Unsafe. Unsanitary. Would never stay again. Would have slept in my car if my family was not with me.

Room was a double bed in the summer during a holiday weekend as part of a block. First problem was that the rooms for the block were not even same floor. The bottom floor was lined with dehumidifiers which weren't being emptied and inside the trays looked disgusting. The Hotel floors+rooms have a musty smell of mold or mildew which made the stay very unpleasant, even with lysol and it may have caused my kid to get a sinus infection. The other people within the block also had significant issues with their rooms (shower, toilet, unclean etc.)

Cleanliness:
One wall had a substance that looked like baby throw up. There was a booger or such on the night stand. Towels were stained or simply not cleaned. Sheets and bedding had hairs and crumbs.

Based on the things above, I decided I should check for bed bugs. Thankfully no bugs. Though between one mattress and box spring there was some kind of pink or orange pill along with tons of crumbs. The other had a jolly rancher wrapper and crumbs. Also the mattress and box spring were stained enough to give nightmares.

A simple hotel with good service. Not the most up to date with furniture but clean. Dog friendly rooms too.

Overpriced. $156 for one night. Blood spots on sheets, brown/green water running in the tub & toilet this morning, carpet dirty, no coffee in the lobby. The room refrigerator never shut off, growled all night until we unplugged it. Personnel I spoke too first told me that the water would be fine in 20 minutes, then it was "maybe a car hit the water line", and finally he admitted that this was a daily occurrence every morning and afternoon and he doesn't know why but it is the city's fault. NO COFFEE! They bragged about a wonderful breakfast when we checked in. We were up at 6: 30am with no sign of biscuits, gravy, fruit, donuts or coffee! According to him, the whole town has the water problem every morning and afternoon. ‍️

Room smelled musty, the vent for the shower didn't work and definitely over priced for the room.

We got a good deal here, when we got to the room our refrigerator wasn't working, they replaced it within 30 minutes of us reporting it,
