This branch is amazing. Adela, Kim, Lisa, and Dienda are always very friendly. When you pull up to the window, they call you by name and always have a smile.

Adela, Dienda, Lisa and Kim are wonderful. They are all so helpful and always make my stop there amazing. And did I mention patient? They are so patient with not only myself, but everyone. Thanks ladies and keep up the great work!

I work at the Downtown Branch with Adela, Kim and Dienda. Adela is so knowledgeable and helpful with translating for our Hispanic customers as well as our English speaking customers. Dienda has 25 years of experience working here. Kim is always so eager to help anyone who comes in the door our through the drive. I find it a joy working at a bank that is so friendly!

I like how the downtown branch has good customer service and good management Adela, Lisa, Kim and Dienda are always very friendly and kind they always help out whenever I’m having trouble with online banking. I also want to thank the whole team for always helping me out.

I highly recommend American State Bank. I’ve been their customer for around 6 years! I don’t need to change bank because I feel very comfortable here. The way they treat me is very nicely. Even though I’m not very good at speaking English, I’m a shy person but there’s this lady named Lisa, She has patience and she’s always smiling so I feel comfortable talking to her.
One day I was going do a deposit to buy my babies food, Im a single mom, I wasn’t expecting to get out of my doctors appointment late, so I rushed to the bank, but they were closed I got there 5 minutes late, but then I saw the window open, the lady was about to close the window, I rushed in for her to see me and she did, so I asked her if she could do a deposit, I thought she was going to say “sorry but we are closed” but instead she looked at me and with a big smile she said “ yes of course”. And I was like Omg thank you! Her name is Lisa! Thank you Lisa! That day I was able to buy 2 gallons of milk plus food for my Twin boys which they turned 3 years old on March 19th. That’s how I met Lisa for the first time.

I have been in the bank on multiple occasions and was not a customer at the time. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The reason I love this bank is that it is truely a community bank. It supports the community by being involved in the school and other local organizations, because it is the right thing to do. As a community member, this is what I look for in a business!

I love the employees here! The girls on main street are amazing! Always helpful! The girls on Jeffries were a huge help when I was setting up a savings account and online baking! I always been treated with friendliness and professionalism!

I think Lisa and Adela are so nice and friendly at the branch. Lisa hasn’t been at that location long but every time she has helped me- it’s been a pleasant experience and feels like she has known me for years. Kim and Dienda are very helpful as well.
