Not impressed. We had high hopes for this hotel based off the exterior and photos online. The lobby is about the only nice area of this hotel. Our room was extremely smelly and musty, luckily we brought our own air freshener with us. The room size was great but the rug looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, with dirty stains and spots. The recliner was also covered in stains. The refrigerator in the room smelled like rotting food. We chose this hotel because laundry was available 24 hrs, but they only had 1 washer and 1 dryer. Would not stay again or recommend.

Shower stall in poor repair, A/C needed adjustment, desk chair upholstery tattered. Entrance closest to my room not handicap accessible.

This place has a good look and sizable rooms. Overall good bones and public areas.but it needs some touchups and cleaning. It could be 4-star with very little effort.

Checked into room for working in the area left for dinner and drinks came back to someone else sleeping in my room told staff they couldn't get me my room back or another room and when asked if we would be Compensated for this huge inconvenience they created was told well you won't be charged for the room they rented me and gave to someone else

The whirlpool is gone. Major disappointment as I specifically searched a hotel that had one. We'd have stayed elsewhere.
Day manager wasnt friendly, night guy was excellent. Room wasnt vaccumed,

The bed was broken and mattress was lying on the floor, stained sheets, towel rack hanging off the wall and hair dryer didn't work. Was told by the front desk that some kids earlier in week had broke the bed and they hadn't had time to fix it. The room was in no condition to be rented.

A very pleasant two-night stay. Quiet and secure. We didn’t make it down to the breakfast, it it looked fairly standard as other hotels.

Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was clean, even smelled clean. The beds were comfy and pillows were great.

Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. They continue to meet or exceed expectations. We were on a week long road trip and this hotel tied for first place of the five different hotels we stayed in.

Went there on 4/4/23 between 5pm-5: 10pm to check out their "Grizzley Pub". Not a bar and grill; Mostly just a makeshift wetbar with a portable small pizza oven. 30 empty seats on top of the separate sitting area they have for their continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and beer was great value.

I walked in to make a reservation and the front desk woman named Bonnie proceeded to roll her eyes at me when I was asking questions. I refuse to stay where the associates are so rude.

Well I travel for my job. And honestly I guess the hotel is ok. The sage in my room did not work. I was supposed to stay in Iowa for 3 months but left before a day passed. I did not want to assist the local economy in this town at all. So the city is 93% Caucasian 3% black 2 % Hispanic and 2% other.well the county inmates are 90% African-American. Any idiot can see that's not right. So as a result of my findings I could infuse the local economy with my hard earned cash or that of my 5 employees who traveled to Iowa with me. In general most people can't understand simple things like discrimination.etc but take away someone's money.and your speaking a universal language.moral of the story your dollar has power. SPEND THEM WISELY.
