I mainly came for the pool but other than that all I say is you might wanna try this place out

No complaints for great staff and clean facility but my complaint is with broken heating elements to pool and spa and elevator. Maintenance man tried his hardest to repair things but he said the heating elements need to be completely replaced as he had fixed all he could. My family and grandkids came a month ago and the spa was broken down than also. Their lips were blue by the time they were done swimming. We almost got stuck in elevator twice so had to lug all our luggage up the steps and were afraid to use elevator the 2 days we were there. I hope the owners of this place get the thing's done and replaced before we come back next November for holidays. Employees were super nice!

The clerk who was on when we arrived was very nice and helpful. Room is nearly new and very clean.

A great hotel with a great value for the cost, very clean, great breakfast however the best part is the staff that you meet from check in to check out.

Great staff. However the door to the pool slams shut and our room was directly above it. Noise from door till 1 am and started up again at 5 am. They need to fix the closer properly.

Nice newer hotel that fits the bill perfectly. Great hospitality and the breakfasts were better than basics.

Great place to stay. Staff very courteous and friendly and they take real pride in keeping the place neat and clean.

Clean and comfortable and easy access for all to enjoy! Sad trip as we attended a funeral and the people here are compassionate and kindhearted.

So looking forward to our next stay! I appreciate the willingness to allow both of our groups to have rooms side by side. Hopefully the elevator doors are functioning properly

Came in yesterday and already had my employee discount from work but another worker said I couldn't use it and took it off for me to pay full price. But on my employee website it says to show my work badge to use my discount and there isn't anything else to say other wise if I need to be working at the time or not. I did how ever had to work the next day. My daughter was upset about not joining the pool with her friends. I've always come to the hotel and use my employee discount with no issue.

While there are not options in Humboldt I can say that this hotel would get kudos if there were 10 to chose from. Very clean property and there was a handwritten note to "enjoy your stay" in my room. Great job Missy & staff!

It was midnight in the middle of nowhere. The 2 hotels we stopped at. 1 full. 2 had no hot water. We had to drive back 20 miles to the hotel we had driven past. So glad we did. The hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly, outgoing and helpful. We were only there for the night but the best hotel experience in our 10 day driving vacation.

I can see why this motel has won awards. Very helpful and personable service. Clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to call me about a cell phone I had left and they mailed it to me. They wouldn’t even let me reimburse them!
