Just an amazingservice. Have been here a few times over the years, and have since moved away from the area, but I still make the drive back just for their service. They care about your time, and are very clear communicating to you. Wont take my PC anywhere else.

Brandon was able to fix my laptop in a timely and efficient manner! Best in the ames area FOR SURE! Will be returning for more work!

Contacted them back in January to repair a laptop.
Now, almost a year later, he has taken my personal property and $3,000.
He now refuses to respond to text, call, email, Facebook messages, etc.

May be knowledgeable in the IT field but customer service skills are far from what we expected. We have internet devices that he refused to release ownership to, even though we paid for it in full and in advance. We also paid in advance for card readers and after 9 months of waiting for them he learned that the devices needed to be purchased directly from our business software company, and the ones he purchased (with our upfront payment) will not work. Refused to offer any reimbursement for mistakes that were made. Instead he carried out some very unethical actions that forced us to cut all ties with this company.
I should also add that after reading some reviews and some of the responses from the owner, it is clear to anyone that takes the time to read them, that the owner refuses to take any responsibility for the grievances of their customers.

Highly recommend Brandon and his services. My son, 2 weeks into school, spilled water into his gaming PC. He got it to Brandon and in a day, he diagnosed the damaged parts, made recommendations for improvements, got the parts, recovered all the data and now my son has a better rig than what he started with before what we will now call “the incident”. Highly recommend his business.

Very good service. Did take much longer than estimated time though. I also found batteries for half the price they quoted on, on pretty much every website. And $100 labor just to install a new battery and thermal paste. Now I get people need to be paid but i also know that a simple battery installation takes like 10min. And I'm not paying $10 for every minute of work. Great for diagnostics test, but tbh I probably wouldn't go back for actual repairs. Will be installing new battery myself. Also didn't even clean the laptop, I know I only paid for a diagnostics test but a quick wipe down after diagnosing it seems like common curtosy but maybe not.

The most honest person, I will never go anywhere else. 10/10 this is the guy you are looking for!

Made an appointment the night before on the weekend of 4th of July, came in the next morning and found the problem in my pc within 20 minutes, got it up and running in the next hour. Can't find better service than this anywhere, and he doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

Great and very quick service. They even call after that day or the next to ensure all fixes were corrected. Wouldn’t use anyone else in Ames/Story County

Super satisfied with our experience when my son's gaming computer wouldn't turn on. He called back fairly quickly and was able to get my son's computer in and fixed quick at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back

Trust the reviews. It took over 6 months to get my computer back, I spent a TON of money replacing my screen, I had to take it back to them twice, and it still didn’t work. Worst experience I have ever had.
