Ok food, if you get it fresh. The owner is kind of a jerk though. An that's why I don't go in there that much. I only get gas there because it's better than Casey's gas.
Nice little spot with plenty of parking. Had the gizzards and chicken, both were great. Landry and showers too! Gold Dog approves Drive Safe and Enjoy the Ride.
It's a glorified gas station with "showers" and laundry. Non secure showers, just a truckers only sign and curtains separating two showers. Push button auto shut off and hotter than hell with no adjustment. Hard water, slimy when rinsed like too much softener. No soap rack. If you need a place to die for a few hours this will do in a pinch. But don't expect much. You'll be very disappointed if you do. Not much pride taken in this business at all.
Fast and convenient place to stop for fuel and food. The pumps could use a good cleaning hard to read sometimes due to dirt on the LED read out.
Not a lot of truck parking, gravel lot. But the building and pumps are just a couple years old. Only truckstop in fort dodge with showers and laundry for drivers. Nice people.

Their menu board says: Chicken & Tenders 8piece Meal with 2 Large Sides and 4 Biscuits: $27.99
“Tenders don’t count for the meal. ”
8 piece chicken & tenders only is listed as $12.99, yet I was charged $19 for that. What an absolute joke this place is. The chicken isn’t even close to considering paying that much ever again, it’s completely devoid of taste. I would rather and will be getting chicken from anywhere else in town.
As a truck driver if you ever get waiting or free time n stop here, plz go n try " rides bar n grill " just 5 minutes walk. One of best food n bar to enjoy. Must try their burgers.
It's a great place i come in and I buy my kerosene there and I get my propane cylinders filled there and one of the guys waited for me to be to go get a different cylinder cause i left my adapter on that I use to fill the 1 pound tanks with
