10Store has a good selection; however when I went in today for grandparents day cards there were only five to choose from and none for only a single grandparent. There’s also a deal for small cards (no more than the palm of your hand) and it advertises 5 for $3 or 10 for $8. Go to check out and you have to be a rewards member. No where on the sign is this clear. I just bought the cards and left. No wonder the store is constantly empty, it’s a store that you only go in and get the basics and leave.
Every time I go in this store everyone is friendly, takes time to help me find exactly what I have in mind, and even makes time to just chat! Who does that anymore!? !? !
Because of their people first, and personable approach I will continue to go back.
Didn’t even make it inside the door. Once we opened the door a Karen started rudely saying they were closed and was not pleasant about it. Won’t ever go back and I was ready to drop at least a $100 for a Mother’s Day gift. Oh well.

We had purchased the Nightmare Before Christmas Jack Skeleton and Sally interactive ornaments. Jack Skeleton audio quality was not working correctly. They had sold all there ornaments and would not offer any type of customer service to order a new to get in store to replace the defective one. They told us to go to the Hallmark website that did not offer them either. Poor customer service rendered.
Pretty pricey and you'll spend a lot of time there because there's so much to look at. Very disappointed in cards for 18-year-olds. (And they should consider gender neutral section or selection.)
This Christmas Hallmark seems to have reduced their inventory of made in China cards. I want to purchase printed in USA greeting cards. Thank you.
