When I made my 12 year old daughter's appointment for highlights and cut i was given a price quote of $180. I was not prepared for the total of $360. I would have never made the appointment if I knew it would be that much. When I questioned it I was told that is the price because she did extras. I was not asked about the "extras" or informed of their cost. As a single mother with 2 jobs, that $360 bill really hits hard. On the plus side my daughter hair does look nice.

My 13 year old daughter wanted a modern and dramatic haircut before the new school year. As a mother, I had reservations, because I know how important hair is to a teenage girl, and how devastating it could be if she didn't like the final result. I expressed my concerns to our stylist, Stella, and she assured me that my daughters hair was perfect for this style. She expressed that my daughter's full and thick locks would make her a good candidate. She explained how she could be able to shape it so that it would compliment her face shape. She shared that because my daughter had a natural wave, it would also be really easy to manage in the morning which was a huge plus. Not only did Stella execute the style that my daughter wanted, but she showed her how to comb it and style it which was a huge relief for me. My daughter is now beaming with confidence and ready for the new school year. Abby, your team is amazing!
