My experience with this clinic has been excellent! I feel that my cat has received great care. The veterinarian and her staff are so caring and knowledgeable.

Super awesome! They are great with my year old puppy. I'm so glad we found them. I'll never go to another vet. Thank you for being so friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic care. Michelle and all of the staff are incredible. My pup Ringo actually LIKES going to visit, which is saying a lot. But when it really counts and something needs fixing, nobody is better.

They always do a wonderful job! The vets explain things well and give you a price before doing testing etc. They even called to see of Ash was doing okay:)

Always received great care here, it's nice to have a separate clinic for cats only. The level of care and concern I received when I unexpectedly had to put my elderly cat down was wonderful. Staff was very caring, accommodating, and respectful throughout the whole process.

Drs. Bollinger and Heyer are extremely knowledgable and personable. I have taken my pets here for over 18 years.

Always trust Animal Care Clinic West with my pets. I’ve used their vet services for years and I’m always treated compassionately and they are great with my dog who is very nervous during vet visits. Always easy to schedule appointments and services are reasonably priced.

Sent home with drugs for care of a dying cat, my choice rather than euthanize. The two items were just given to me, no detail explanation of use. The oral and application medication packages do instruct on use, but would have been helpful to be advised at the hospital.

Doctors & staff are excellent! We know that our 15 year old cat, Bonita, will be well cared for and be given her meds twice a day.

This animal hospital is nothing short of amazing! Our primary clinic was not able to see my dog for 5 days. He had suffered a mouth injury with a fractured tooth at the gum line. This clinic not only got him in that day but performed surgery the next morning We are not even their clients. Simply AMAZING. True dedication to the wellbeing of my Labrador and his anxious mom (me). I cannot praise them enough

I just moved to the area not too long ago, and had to bring my dog Cornelius in to get an exam, after he came home from boarding with skin irritation and inflammation.
I didn’t hesitate and called as soon as they were open, because I always worry when my baby isn’t acting like his usual self.
I was so impressed with how quick they were able to fit a new patient in, and they all absolutely loved him like their own! And immediately upon walking in, he was comfortable and bouncing all over.
Pricing was very reasonable, and everything was explained thoroughly for his momma to understand.
Would definitely recommend!

Love bringing my cat in to see Dr. Bollinger and everyone at the Metro Cat Hospital. They are always so kind and efficient. Their expertise in all things feline is evident with every visit. I always feel good leaving my girl in their capable hands and appreciate that they take the time to check in regularly. They also make sure to explain everything thoroughly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
