Not worth a damn. They just collect money and ignore you. Been trying to get my step daughters insurance info from her bio dad for years. These people don’t do their jobs.

I understand there’s deadbeat parents out there but when you give CSRU all up to date information including payors employer.why am I still not getting payments? 4 years n counting.

CSRU should either be shut down, or should at least have a major overhaul. Of the 5 or 6 different people I've had to deal with from this organization, only one had any true common sense or logic. The others were quick to accept "dead-beat dad" stereo-types even though I've always paid my child support, except for a brief period when I got behind because I was unemployed. Meanwhile none of them seem to care one bit when mom screw over the system, getting illegal medicaid payments etc etc etc. It really is a terrible organization that needs reformed.

My son went to csr in ottumwa because he just found out he was getting ssi there was another person there they told the other person that he didn't have to pay back child support but then they turn around and tell my son that he had to why tell someone one thing and tell someone else something different it seems like they are against someone that is being truthful but then you have the dead beats and they do nothing to them

The only time anything is done about late payments is when the person receiving them applies for benefits. Then they lie and say their systems are weird and that's why it looks like payments are missing, but they aren't really. Guess I need to reapply every month to ensure I actually get CS.
