Went in and Monica was super friendly. Met with samantha. I have been in before and looked like she was the only recruiter in the office. She explained how their process has changed.over all they are way nice!

I made an appt with them and took in all the paperwork I knew they would ask for. The person I met with was very friendly and personable.
She explained the process and said she would start working on finding me something as soon as she put a file together and contacted my references. She did contact them right away. She also said she would call me every Friday just to check in, even if she didn't have anything for me.
After a month and no phone calls I called several times and didn't receive any calls back. I finally complained to someone else and within an hour she called me back with many excuses as to why she hadn't called me. She apologized and said I would be hearing from her. Again, several weeks went by with no call. I called again and this time she didn't call me back but did send me an email with more excuses but never responded when I explained my concerns and frustration.
This is very unprofessional and simply not worth wasting time with. I would not recommend this agency at all.

Worked with Samantha, she was 40 minutes late calling me for our interview and asked completely irrelevant questions when interviewing me. It seemed like she hadn’t looked at my resume until 5 minutes before the phone call. Wasn’t expecting much from this recruiting firm (you normally can only trust well-known national firms, and even then they can be a little frustrating to work with) but my experience with them was completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.
