Ordered a replacement part for my hot tub online- asked for a call if there was a problem or if they could help find a pice to go over the sticker. I was very surprised to get a text as well as a cal from Jennifer who was super helpful! The part went out that same day in the mail! Great customer service!

Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and cordial. They were eager to come out to deliver and install and did a great job!

If I could give this business a zero I would. We purchased a swimming pool from the Aqua Palace in July of 2021. We paid for purchase of the pool, preparation of the pool site, and set up of the pool. The owners son and an assistant set up the pool. They were here early in the morning (10: 00am) and began setting up the pool. We were told that the pool would be set up by the time we needed to leave for an appointment at 6pm. We left at 5: 30pm and the pool was not completely set up by then, and we left confident that the reputable company would complete the set up as agreed. When we came home the pool was in the incorrect spot, was not level (3 inches) and there were 2 inch creases at the bottom of the pool. When the gentleman did the dirtwork the area was level within 3/4 of an inch. The problem was they set the pool up 3 feet from where the markings were. I called the company and they sent out the owner and he said they would come out and level the pool which has never been done after phone call after phone call. The owners son stated that my husband had told him where to set the pool up which was not correct. I also complained about the many deep wrinkles that were at the bottom of the pool. When speaking to the owner, he called me a liar and stated that I just wanted a new pool. That was in Septemeber of 2021. After several phone calls, he agreed to come last summer and level the pool, which he never did. In April I had several heated conversations with his daughter and the owner and they never did come fix the pool. Now, because the pool was so unlevel on the south side, water has undercut a supporting leg and is even more off level and we will have to move pool ourselves.

Jennifer was very kind and knowledgeable. Very helpful in guiding me to select my sauna. Process was smooth and delivery and installation on time and with friendly professional service. I highly recommend her business.

Stopped in to look at options. Jason helped us find a tub we would very much enjoy.
Sent home to measure and think about what options would benefit our family the most.
Two days later chose the hot tub off the show floor, signed paperwork via email and mailed check to Jennifer.
5 days later we have our new hot tub. Delivered and installed by Nic, who drove 1.25 hours to rural Nebraska.
Not sure I would have received this kind of service locally.

Aqua Palace provides the best pool advice in the metro! They are endlessly patient with me and so professional!
Plus they have a huge parts inventory so if you need a poolpump, chemicals or just the right pool float. They have it!
So you won't have the down time. Grab it and go!

This summer, 13 years after purchasing my first hot tub from this family owned business, I bought my second hot tub from Aqua Palace. If you shop around the metropolitan area you will discover that Aqua Palace carries the best products available. Every time I visited the store they knew who I was and what type of spa I had purchased. They are friendly, very competent, and their installation crew is top flight. To my mind, Aqua Palace is the only place to go when purchasing a hot tub.

We could not recommend Aqua Palace enough. After visiting numerous hot tub stores in the area, we were lucky enough to stop in the store to look at Marquis hot tubs. Scott was amazing. He was extremely helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our experience from our initial visit to the install was top notch. The installers were just as helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great hot tub coupled with a great customer service experience, Aqua Palace is the place for you. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
