Not only do I recommend soft water for your household, I highly recommend Kinetico water softener! From my first call to request a quote to the appointment of receiving the quote, the process was awesome. Tracey is a delight to visit with on the phone, Boyd was clear in his explanation of the product choices and answered all our questions with NO high pressure! And the installers were friendly, courteous and and proficient. Homemade cookies are all in their futures.:) If you have been thinking about checking into a water softener system, quit thinking and make the call. I'm glad I did!
