I emailed several attorneys and not one of them, replied to me. It has been months now and nobody has assisted. When I contact the company in regards to this issue, they sent me a list of more attorneys. So I contacted them and still nobody will respond to me or give me any assistance. All I required was a name change. I was very excited to get this service. And I feel like it’s been a waste of money. I wish I could get my money back. They have not helped me at all. They will not even contact me.

ARAG may be fine for providing family law services for wills, trusts, etc. I was looking for representation for an insurance dispute. ARAG put my details out to in-network lawyers and all progress stopped right there.
I had located record of a similar case which was successfully contested against the same insurance company. Starting with the lawyers who won that case, who are retiring and not taking new work, and continuing with their recommendations, I found a law firm that is taking my case on contingency. This means I am paying; not using legal insurance.
In my experience, ARAG is not there when you really need help.

I joined ARAG in 2022 primarily for Will planning, and Identity Theft services. I had the unfortunate opportunity to need the legal insurance portion of my plan and was very impressed with the information and services available through their network of attorneys. I will definitely keep the voluntary legal insurance plan through ARAG Legal when I go through open enrollment again this year.

The service was perfect I called several lawyers because i was having some issues with my landlord he didn’t want to return my security deposit. I called several lawyers and Mitchell Stein, accepted my case and helped me to get my $3750 security deposit back. Anyone that has issues with their landlord not returning their security deposit and thinks that the landlord is in the wrong and they deserve the money back call MITCHELL STEIN (if he is in your area) he will walk you through the process, by phone or by email and explain your options. He was able to get my money back sending them a letter and following up with them no need to take the landlord to court. If the court is needed he will explain with detail the process and your options. I highly recommend this is my point of view, my experience the best lawyer for my case. In the case that I didn’t get my money back or taken them to court and lose the case I will still recommend him.
