Sat at drive thru speaker waiting to order for at least 5 minutes. Then after I ordered, I waited at least another 10 minutes for my food! That's ridiculous, and definitely shouldn't be that slow just to grab a sandwich. The people behind me that weren't blocked in drove off, which is what I would have done if I could have.

I need to stop eating here for the sake of my health, but gosh I’ll miss you and those cinnamon shakes.

They closed at 9: 58 and would not server me and 2 card behind me when we were there before closing {10pm}. All 3 went to taco johns next door.

Tried the new fish fingers. Loved them! My husband wishes they came in a sandwich and not just the wrap.

I ran into an issue with my card in the Drive-Thru and they are very very helpful. The service was fast and the food was great. Thank you ladies and gentleman!

Has some good menu items, staffing is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes they can take a long time to get orders out.

I'm a manager at the AutoZone in waukee, and I stopped here for lunch a roughly 10 minutes before posting this. And the service was lightning fast, I hadn't even finished paying and my food was already ready to go, and the people especially the lady at the register were extremely nice and thoughtful and gave me an amazing experience for lunch! As always, the food was delicious!

Wow. Been coming to this Arby's for years. Today, I got 1 sauce cup for a 5 piece chicken tender meal, nice. What makes it even better, the 2 apple turnovers I bought were ice cold. These literally have a warmer they sit in. You can be sure your food won't be that good. Sad.

2 totally different chicken sandwiches exploded upon being picked up. They tasted okay, though. Service was friendly.

Curly fries are mega slappin, same with the sliders. But, THEY NEVER GIVE ME A FORK. WHY IS IT SO HARD. How can such a simple task be failed every. Single. Time.

Drive through took unbelievably long time. Was told that it was time for some of the "kids'" to leave so they were behind. That's not my problem, it's their poor planning.

The food is always amazing, orders are always correct, I have never had a single incorrect order ever. The food is always fresh and warm. The Gyros are my favorite thing on the menu. Fast and friendly service. One of the best fast food places in the Des Moines area.

I went through the drive through and this very nice girl started to take my order, during this the manager rudely interrupted to tell me the $1 kids meal is only $1 if you order a combo meal, I said ok no problem and tried to continue to order, the manager would not stop interrupting to tell me the $1 kids meal is only $1 if you order a combo meal. When I got to the window to pay I asked who she was and was told she was a manager Jessica, I asked to speak with her and she told the employees that she was busy and refused to talk to me. I’m appalled that a manager would be so rude, not listen, and then refuse to talk to a costumer.
