Arby's, Council Bluffs IA

If I could give no stars I would I just bought 4 Mac n cheese and they are freezing cold I have never bought food that was colder then a soda filled w ice. Horrible employees were rude and place was dirty. I wouldn't even let my dog eat it. Sad

We frequently visit this Arbys after work and the employees are outstanding! They are always professional and hard working. Thank you for your hard work and professional.

Drive through customer service was absolute horrible. Older lady with the choppy bob haircut was extremely
rude and not customer friendly. Should not be working customer service.

I get it was late but bottom buns should not be able to be used as hockey pucks. I got 2for6 beef n cheddar. I had to make top bun tacos with them. 15 to 20 min in the warmer is OK. Not 57 hours.

This location is disgusting. The inside is riddled with trash and the employees do not wash their hands or change gloves after handling money or Credit Cards. Avoid.

This Arby's was terrible. Used to be very good service and food. But now.very poor quality and service. When they have us our drinks, o ly one straw, said they were out, asked for Arby's, horsey, and ketchup, they said no ketchup, no Arby's sauce, and only horsey. Totally unacceptable.

Drive thru service not real good. Bought a couple today beef sandwiches. Did not get Arby's sauce or napkins. You'd think they would automatically include these! Was not even asked if I wanted Arby's sauce. Had to drive back through to ask for them. Several days later drive thru again for more and once again no Arby's sauce or napkins. Same drive through agent, same result.

This Arby's was pretty busy the day we were there. We went inside, made our orders and in about 5 minutes they were ready. The sandwich and turnover were both very good. The eating space was clean.

We appreciated Colettes friendly and happy attitudes! There was a long line when we got there but they got through quickly! Definitely appreciated the great attitude!

Working in the industry myself I Felt sooo bad for ordering such a large order and had already planned on explaining and apologizing but figured I'd see how things go. Honestly I was shocked as to how professional the staff were especially with it being so late! Everyone was very friendly and, although they were almost closed I received the same excellent customer service as if it were dinner time. Plus the food was delicious and FRESH as usual.

The food was lukewarm at best. Bun on my sandwich was hard. Fries tastes old and chicken tenders were over cooked. Don't usually have this bad of experience.

All I have to say about this Arby's is it there's absolutely no consistency every time I go I get something completely different even though it's the same item I ordered before for example I either get way too much cheese or no cheese at all sometimes I get a special bed sometimes I don't it always tastes okay for late-night but it could be a lot better there are a lot of Arby's out there that actually try a lot harder and get my order correct and I don't have to worry about ordering extra cheese for being disappointed for not having any space when I get home

This is happening across our nation it's because of the Biden administration and the global establishment.there are way too many lazy un-americans that don't want to work and want communism not on my watch.

Very nice and genuine drive thru employees (two younger ladies). For waiting in line a few mins longer than usual. I did get a free drink from them!
Food was amazing as usual! Would highly recommend this place.

Always quicker than other fast food joints. Always consistently good food and has never messed up my order. Staff is friendly as well

Have to give a shout out to the manager during the 9/25 dinner rush for doing her damnedest to keep her staff motivated when it was very clear they were understaffed, but she was trying her best to make sure her entire crew were doing their job to the best of their abilities. Never seen a manager that vocally involved with her crew. Food was coming out fast.

God awful food! Went in to pick up my order found 3 teenage boys standing in the kitchen area eating food right over the top of my order.

I was hung up on when I called to make sure they were open. Two cars ahead of me and I still waited 17 minutes in the drive through. Food was cold, refried and disgusting. You're better off going anywhere else.

In my opinion, people who show up to work here seem to be working under a lot of pressure. I went later at night as I usually do and there always seems to be a line whether it's drive-through or Lobby. Try to remember to be patient. They showed up for work, they are preparing your food and dealing with the public who are not always so nice. I have been behind the counter and I know what it's like to we're short-staffed, with a line and try to stay positive. It's not always easy for everyone. There was a time when I was missing a sandwich for my order I didn't check the bag until I got home, I called and let them know they said they would honor it in the next day. I went back the next day and there was no problem making my order right. Just be nice. The food is good that's why we go there. If something is wrong let them know I'm sure they would be glad to fix it.
