13The employees here are SLOW SLOW SLOW. There’s a younger kid that only wanders around with this “I don’t care look on his face” every single time I’ve been here. Not sure how the same employees have worked here for years when they act like they don’t care and their service is slow as all get out. Please get new management and staff!
Tried the new wagu burger & nothing to brag about. With that said, how can you beat Arby's Roast Beef cause that is 5-stars by itself!
Tried the new hush puppy battered fish. I was expecting crispy and a darker coating. Soggy and greasy. It was a one time order
Double check your takeout or drive thru order. I ordered 3 piece tenders & curly fries. Drove home (out of Carroll) to open the bag & find 2 containers of curly fries. Partially blame myself for not double checking. Otherwise, service was excellent.
It's a good place to eat food comes out in decent time and it's always warm, I have never had cold fries from here!
Just got home with my order.
Is the new brisket bacon dip.
Open up the bag there is no dip.
Service was very nice and pleasant
But my order was not complete disappointed.
The food was fine but it took us about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru and there was only one car in front of us.
This place deserves its own full building.
Packed inside and drive-thru wrapped around the crew was filling orders as fast as they came in.

Both my daughter and I got food poisoning and are still recovering. The workers though are absolutely amazing and so friendly.
Ordered a large brisket meal, waited 15 minutes for them to disregard my large fries and not put marina sauce for the large mozzarella stick order I got on the side. Didn't realize until I got home and not waiting 15 minutes again.
I would say it's pretty darn good but building is a little small and I don't know about other foods but there chicken slider is darn good but it would be nice if you told what is on the sandwich so the customer can decide what they want on it and what they dont
The food was almost cold when received. It is winter here, and hot or even warm food would have been nice.
Very quick with getting In-N-Out a drive-thru never had an order that was messed up personally what I think they they have one of the best buffalo sandwiches
