Arby's, Ankeny IA

I started my visit in the Drive-Thru at 5: 25. Ordered 2 for 7 classic chicken sandwich. There was maybe one car ahead of me. I didn't get my food until 5: 39. It took them 14 minutes to make two chicken sandwiches when there was nobody inside dining and there was one car ahead of me. When I looked inside all of the employees were messing around and really could care less about trying to do any work it seemed like. Very frustrating.

Nothing like getting the wrong meal and moldy fries. Definitely calling the health department on this location.

These people are aggressively and relentlessly pursuing their obvious goal of running the worst Arby’s in the country

Arby staff always forget to bag something.this time, went in and ordered. Got home, same thing. Missing half of our main meal. Called district mgr who never returned the call.

Showed up at the drive through with no customer's in line. Kept telling me to hold on & wait for 5 minute's. Tired of waiting & drove away.

I explained about my food allergy and my sandwich came with the food item I am allergic to even though the receipt said no to that item, so the sandwich was a waste of money. The fries were hard and cold. Not a good experience at this restaurant.

Arby’s, 1st st Ankeny. Placed order inside. Got home, half of 2 person meal of meal missing. Not the first time. Won’t go there any more.

Ordered the new hushpuppy chicken 5 PC meal. One order had 3 pieces of chicken and the other 4 pieces. Chicken was dry and room temp. No napkins in the bag and no tartar sauce. Mumbling clerk could not have cared less. I've always thought Arby's was a safe bet. It's now a very safe bet they've taken my last dollar. I doubt anyone really cares. Fine by me.

Let me just say.the employees here are ridiculous. Today my niece went to get food and the workers were arguing and cussing at each other. Goes to show why the order wasn't correct. Get it together. Horrible experience

Ordered BBQ brisket smokehouse sandwich, no onion rings on it, extra BBQ sauce. Got meat in between buns. NO BBQ AT ALL! Very upsetting!

I have never been inside to know the atmosphere but the food is usually good! Service just depends on who you get, and whether or not they have had a bad day.
I've always gone through the drive through I just wish they would have a different exit for it. I'm so afraid that a car will hit me when driving out, maybe a new location shakes though are always the best!

No straw for shake and wrong sandwich, employees act like it was my fault, there is only one roast beef sandwich on the 2/7, poor service and dirty

Was terribly disappointed! Store in Ankeny at 1230 as SO busy after church. Order that we placed in drive through was not given to us until 1315. It was the wrong order totally. We checked what was in the bag at our sons house 8 blocks away to discover it to be for a Ben customer. I suppose that this store doesn't have enough staff and do not practice enough double checking to catch error before happening!

Lol, we come here at least once a week and they’ve never gotten our order wrong, food is delicious and staff are great!

I think they need to change the oil they are cooking with at the Ankeny location. I ordered chicken nuggets and crinkle fries. First the fries were old and brown and tasted rank. I only ate a few and threw the rest away. The nuggets tasted funky too. Only ate a few threw the rest away. The coke was fine but I spent $20 on this meal and I couldn’t eat it. My stomach is upset now. Please check the oil!
