Arby's, Osceola IA

Most of the food was good today. My kids liked the fish and my wife liked her beef and cheddar. The elk burger was a flop. Not warm at all, didn't taste any raspberry tough and dry. Mostly tasted like pickls. Meat very bland. Wouldn't recommend. Everything else was up to Arby's standards.

Wanted to go in, but area close early.
However, however, the Drive-thru will still open.

Asked for extra Arby's sauce multipe times but whe I got home to eat. There was NONE

Food is as you would expect from Arby’s gauged off the times I had eaten here before. Every time I stop here the service is not great. The last time I went through the drive through it was 10 minutes after opening and I waited over 10 minutes and due to needing to be somewhere soon ultimately had to drive off and eat the cost (fast food?). I just ordered 2 sandwiches and a water. After watching 5 min pass on the clock sitting as the only car in the drive through… I asked the person at the window how long and her reply was we just opened and we have people in the lobby… with a very annoyed tone. I watched an additional 5 minutes roll off the clock as the person in the window stared at me and I left. I won’t be back.

Great service and nice small arby's for a quick meal and bathroom break. Love the Reuben and roast beef.

Noe liked it because the same person who worked there said he didn't know if it was closed or open

Soggy curly fries and stingy portions. I sincerely hope this was just a one-off experience. Restaurants with declining quality tend to find themselves extinct sooner or later.

Great food, for a small price. The food is presented to customers fairly quickly. Very satisfied with the temperature of food, the restaurant was clean, and the employees are very friendly.

Food was good, but the cashier was rude when taking my order. The atmosphere could be better, I understand it's built onto a gas station. But they could do more to separate themselves from the gas station vibe

Took a long time to get our food. But it was pretty busy. However my order was not correct. But then again they were busy.

Love Arby's. Traveling to des Moines makes it halfway and always my favorite place to stretch my legs and get my favorite.original classic roast beef sandwich.
