Arby's, Ames IA

It was the middle of the afternoon, looking for a quiet place to have a bite to eat before heading back to Dr office. Food was good and the Jamoca shake was excellent. The atmosphere was very noisy as the lady who I assume was the manager was at one of the tables listening to what seemed like an online meeting. We could hear everything and my husband is hard of hearing and he even complained about trying to eat a quiet meal and listening to that. Does she have any inkling about ear pods? Or an office in back?

Nice, clean restaurant. People behind the counter were all super friendly and helpful. Food was all great!

We used to eat here all the time until I got food poisoning one time, now I'm 2 nervous to eat there. Not bad food or anything it's just risky as I got VERY sick.

I was there 2 weeks ago get back to work and I’m missing part of my order. I called as I didn’t have time to go back and get the food, they told me they would send me coupons in the mail. I gave them my address, well I guess they lied, and made about $10 off me as I’m still waiting for the coupons that will never come in the mail. I would have made a review sooner but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would send me the coupons they told me they’d mail to me.

Of course my sliders were slamming, but the best part was Lexi. She is super friendly and such a hard worker. She was keeping up with a busy line with an awesome attitude and smile on her face.

Alright hear me out. Arby's is actually legit. I dunno what it is, but their meat product on a bun seems to have all the makings of an acceptable, dare I say.edible food item. Easy chewability? Check. Consistent flavor? Check. ASMR mouthfeel? Check. And to top it off, the shame I feel after eating Arby's is only moderate. It's basically the yacht rock of fast food. The more I age, the more I understand it. Arby's food is fine to eat yal. Also, they have fries that look like springs haha! Boing!

General Manager Sandee is a True Rock Star! This place has really improved with her there. Fastest Drive through in town!

Although we came 9: 30PM and they close 10 PM, the workers were nice enough to let eat in there, we cleaned after ourselves, but they were kind

Chicken Sliders are so yummy and a affordable price, which leads me to buy 4 or more!

Just ordered delivery, got a drink with no straw and mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce. Seems pretty standard for those things to go together.

Everything was fine until I went to eat the classic chicken with no tomato, that was not what I got, the chicken sandwich was covered in cheese and bacon

I love Arby's a lot and you guys have awesome food. And the people are so wonderfull they treat us like customers

Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional, and my food was delicious! I was also pleasantly surprised to see a clean lobby and someone at the front register to take my order as soon as I walked in. It seems many fast food places don’t care much for their lobby customers anymore, but that isn’t the case with this Arby’s:)

Had a roast beef sandwich and everything tasted awesome, very pleasant people to deal with.

Had to set in line before I could order? Could not order from the speaker fir some reason?

Always either give me the wrong food or forget something but at least I get coupons! And they're fast majority of the time.
