Arby's, Clear Lake IA

Worst service we have ever had.

We waited for 15 minutes to get an order of chicken nuggets. People who ordered after we did were getting the same thing yet our order was not fulfilled.

When confronted the staff did not handle the constructive feedback well.

Instead of admitting they were wrong or owning a mistake, the staff chose to blame the customer, got loud, and proceeded to claim that they were great at customer service.

We will not be sharing our patronage with this Arby's location because of Mindy.

Arby's in Clear Lake Iowa is great. The employees are very good. The Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Strips are the best. The Roast Beef is good too.

Kind employees, nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and a well documented dietary menu with ingredients and nutritional info (at register). Good rest stop for people traveling, has a spacious handicap stall. I'm gluten intolerant, so I ordered crinklecut fries, classic roast beef (no bun), and a bottled water. It was served fast and fresh, and the meat was in its own to-go box! Thanks for good service!

Great Waygu burgers which I customize, French dip with gravy on the side, gyros are good too.

Customer service was the best I have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. And the food was great to. Other restaurants could learn a thing or to from Kc's customers service skills. Thank you for the experience we will definitely be back

Glass Front door was filthy, tables had not been wiped off, Ladies restroom needed to be cleaned.

Service was slow (due to understaffing I assume) and the beef tasted slightly undercooked. There were several flies in the dining room. Positives were that the fries tasted really good!

Turkey Club had all the meat stacked in one place on the bread. Otherwise, it tasted good.

Love the chicken club and crinkle fries. My experience.the service is great and the food always hot and made fresh.

Slow service and not overly friendly. Will give them another shot but not good this last time.
