Arby's, Cedar Rapids IA

My wife and I love Arby's but when we visited last we were disappointed.
My wife wanted to try the fish sandwich and when she told the girl working she pointed up and behind her and said to my wife, What number is it, I can't see the board. My wife explained that it wasn't numbered like the other meals. The girl then say she can't find it on the register, she made no attempt to get help and my wife was forced to order something different.

2 for $7 sounds good until you get home and it's 1 for $7. I usually check but of course the one time I didn't. Was supposed to send me something through the mail but I've yet see anything.

#2 double meal deal.great option when you don't want to cook.
Ask for Arby's sauce as they won't give it to you unless you ask

Went to eat with my family. The food was prepared fairly fast. I had the hush puppy fish sticks. They tasted alright. But they didn't agree with my stomach. This is not to say it will be this way for you.

Showed up at 8pm and the doors to the dining room were locked. Guess employees just wanted to be lazy.

The best thing to say about our experience here was good customer service. Food was cold, french fries over cooked and didn't even fill the fry containers. No straws, no ketchup, no Arby's sauce. Tables not cleaned.

I just got off from a long day at work and I go to go through the drive through and the guy on the microphone came on and said they were closed due to staffing. Understandable but I go next door to get food and I look over and they are taking orders from the car behind me.

Girl taking orders was so incredibly rude. Left and went to a different location. Visited at 2: 15 Friday May 12th. She waved out the window as I left and said “bye b**ch”

I asked for a roast beef cheddar sandwich and add bacon to my sandwich with coupon took one bite out of it and it was cold so they made me a new one and it was the same way cold and the girl said we slice it fresh but there wasn't much beef on both sandwiches either.

My curly fries were NOT fresh but the staff was nice and my order was correct otherwise. The new beef & brisket was good!

I came through and asked for my sandwich plain well they took my cheese off my sandwich and put it on my girlfriends when i asked them to replace the cheese and then charged me $30 for sum bussin food but i was missing the swiss flavor

Semi decent. They got the order wrong but it wasn't worth saying anything. Always check yo bag before you leave ALWAYS

Tried the ribeye sandwich, and it was tough and grisly. Good flavor with the onion crisps and aoili, but the meat was disappointing.

New burger fresh hot.great value.curly fries were not as planned.we can try another day.do better

Terrible service the girl who took my order seemed upset by me simply asking for separate orders then on top of that they got both orders wrong I can understand a little when it's busy but there was literally only one other person there buying food plus the food wasn't even fresh at all I knew I should've went to Freddy's

An outdated building and interior. The floors were very sticky making it almost impossible uncomfortable to move around in the shop and the atmosphere felt as if it were a ghost town. The food was okay for an Arby's which isn't saying much. Arby's needs to really update to modern times if it wants to keep up with any other fast food chain.

My wife and I go a little out of our way, past 3 closer arbys, to come here once a week, specifically because how clean they keep their lobby.
