American Restaurant Arby's reviews
25Honestly the best fast food place I've been to. Your employees are the nicest! Thank you for always giving your 100 percent with customers:)
Manager Sarah & Employee MAKE THE Customer Service here! They Know your name Very Friendly Crew Awesome Oecan Chicken Salad & Great Roast Beef! Love this one. Just for the Crew!
The food was good so the cooks did a good job. But the people taking orders were talking while we waiting right in front of them. When I went to get sauce and napkins from them they were standing near the drive through window scanning scratch tickets with their phones. I had to about 3 times to get their attention. Then they were having personal conversations very loudly so you could hear it in the whole building. Good food bad service.
We wanted to try some of their new milkshakes and we very much regret it. A couple hours after we drank them, both my wife and I ended up with diarrhea.
Horrible experience try to order one roast beef sandwich and asked him to slice the rib thinly, the manager then came to my window and told me that it was too much of a hassle and inconvenience to turn a small dial to slice the meat a little bit thinner. I literally used to work for an Arby's and I can't even imagine telling somebody that turning a dial half an inch or less is it inconvenience I really don't understand what the hell is going on at that location will never be back
Stopped in 5 mins before close, was snarled at, as employee talked about the door not being locked.took my order with attitude, as the cook complained about the time. (Drive thru was busy, I was still before restaurant closed)
Food was fine, service was awful. I wasn't thanked for my business
Only go (if you must). During opening hours
Conveniently located and the drive thru is usually pretty fast. I love the Buffalo Chicken sandwich or adding the Buffalo Chicken slider to whatever I decide to order that day.
Love my Southside Arby's they have amazing food and service to get customers what they need and are hungry for.
Won't come here again. One of the workers touched a dog through drive-thru, and proceeded to hand out food to other customers. When asked about it she mentioned she gave the a dog a treat. If ask me that's even worse since she was closer to the dogs mouth.
If you want a roast beef sandwich, good place to go. If you're on a tight budget, better wait for coupons to arrive in the mail. It can be a little pricey depending on what you order but we usually only go when we have coupons for Arby's. When fast food costs as much as going to a sit down, waitress serving restaurant, there's something wrong.
Love this place. Great curly fries. It is expensive. But where else can you get a roast beef sammich?
Good as usual except I was impressed to actually get whole curly fries this time instead of the usual bits that I receive from other locations
Love eating here. The sandwiches are always fresh and hot. I would recommend the chicken bacon swiss, or the french dip! Or both! And the curly fries!
Great food friendly employees the veteran discount is a free cherry or apple turn over when a veteran shows their VA medical card
Was on a limited time lunch break and they got our order wrong. Which led to having to eat on the road. Had stop here to eat inside. While inside, we had to listen to the person in charge loudly telling other employees to do their jobs. Which is funny, considering the one in charge got our order wrong because they were too focused on the other employees activities. Then the curly fries were freezer burnt and room temperature along with my sandwich.
1st time the giant roast beef was dry as dirt! Was very disappointed. Weekend extended hours. Just waiting to punch the clock. Somebody doesnt like to work weekends!
GREAT place for a quick bite.never disappoints.mostly drive up.due to our schedules.but always tasty!
What happened to the days when Arby's was an inexpensive place to eat every sandwiches minimum of $5 a family of four would have to mortgage their home to eat there
I ordered a fish sandwich.didn't know I had to order cheese extra.lady who took my order.drive up.didn't tell me the fish sandwich was in a 2 for $5 deal.probably won't go there again. Sandwich had absolutely no salt and sauce was way sweet.
One of the better fast food restaurants out there. The beef and cheddar is always a safe fallback for any occasion.
