I've encountered two negative experiences with this law firm.

The first instance happened when I initially reached out to them around June or July, and they scheduled a phone consultation for me. On the designated day, I made arrangements to leave work early and eagerly awaited their call. However, approximately ten minutes past the scheduled time, I decided to contact them. To my surprise, I was informed that the attorney who was supposed to reach out to me was currently in a meeting and assured me he would get back to me shortly.

I waited patiently for 30 minutes beyond the originally agreed-upon time, but there was still no call. When it reached 45 minutes past the scheduled time, I decided to reach out to them once more. The receptionist was apologetic and offered to reschedule another appointment, but I declined.

Now, you might wonder why I would give them another chance after the first incident. Well, it was due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews I had read about them, which had initially led me to consider their services. Despite my initial reservations, I thought it might be worth giving them another opportunity. So, toward the end of August, I reached out to them once more.

I contacted them through their web interface, and after a few days, I received a response. The receptionist informed me that I would need to pay for this consultation because I had already had one. I politely informed her that I had never actually had a consultation because the attorney had never contacted me. She then put me on a brief hold to speak with the attorney and later informed me that he had indeed called me, but I had missed the call.

I knew for certain that this was not the case, and I expressed this to her. My call logs confirmed that I had received no calls from their firm. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the firm backpedaled and attempted to gaslight me. The receptionist kept talking over me and insisted that it was my fault, citing notes that allegedly claimed the attorney had called me.

I conducted further verification by checking my call logs, which unequivocally showed that I had received no calls from this firm. I am utterly appalled by their behavior and the way they attempted to place blame on me for their tardy attorney. This was an entirely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.
