7They are nice friendly people but when it comes to getting payments correct they have a very hard time doing that. They have told me I was good on payment until certain days then take out payment earlier than they said causing me to go negative in my account several time. Never have I had this issue with rent a center and I’ve added multiple things to my payments and they have always had everything come out same pay cycle. Too much trouble trying to get on same page as to when and what payments will be coming out.
They are so helpful and friendly. They help you decide what you can afford and need. They have a plan where you can pay off your purchase in 6 months. Saves the customers a lot of money. I have been a customer for 3 years.

I love this place they work with me on payments and everything megan (i think is her name) knows who i am asap upon calling them dont even have to say my name. I dont see what other have against them but to be 100 they are sweet and the best rent to own people i know never been rude just some of the delivery drivers are lazy. And like to try and go home early
Might want to train your staff to not request a card number while you have the customer on speaker phone.

Aaron's is bs they will keep your money even if you don't get the stuff from them it's been almost 2weeks now and still no money and Chad will hang up on you when you ask for the manager
I had a couch through a store that closed, the couch was junk- with a few scheduling conflicts Chad Morris helped with resolving the issue and we are now happy owners (paid off) a new set.
