The older lady who works their gave me a wonderful haircut, but she literally ruined my hair by trying to dye me platinum blonde. She even tried to cover it up by dying it a second time immediately after the 1st time. We both knew she had turned my hair an ugly brassy color. She apologized yet still charged me $150. Then she told me if I was unhappy to come back, and she would take care of me. I called in to have her fix my hair and she has the odacity to tell me she would charge $200+ to fix. Shadiest business out there, steer clear. This lady is obviously desperate and doesn't keep her word. Zero stars.

Best cut and color I have had in a longer time than I can remember. Great service and a fabulous crew. If You don't check this salon out you are missing out.

Probably the best kept secret in Des Moines. A great staff that know hair and aren't afraid to tell you what does and doesn't work for you.
