20I had a really bad experience with a mattress. Upon walking in the door Amy was so attentive to my needs and listened. I was able to purchase an Ashley brand mattress. I am so excited to sleep on this mattress tonight.
Jay at the Davenport Ashley Homestore was an amazing salesman. He greeted us promptly, but didn't follow us around trying to be pushy or intrusive. He checked in once in a while and answered all of our questions quickly. We came back the next day and bought the living room set from him. He has the perfect personality for customer interaction and Ashley is lucky to have him. He could definitely make a better living selling bigger ticket items.
Scott Smith and Young Shreves were fantastic! Helped me pick out great furniture.great advice and helped with financing.can't wait to get my new furniture!

I ordered 2 identical chairs from Ashley Home Store in Davenport, IA. I went to pick them up. 1 chair was fine, the other had a flaw on the fabric so I refused it. There was a knot in the fabric right where your hand would be on the arm of the chair. When Ashley delivered the replacement chair to my house I discovered it was the same chair as I had rejected, they had just cut the knot out of the fabric. I had expected that they would have gotten a new/different chair. I was disappointed that they gave me the same chair that I had rejected. I really hope that their 'repair' job doesn't result in there being a hole in the fabric at some point in time. Otherwise, I was pleased with my salesperson. And the delivery men were careful and courteous. I would give them all a rating of 5.
Ashley Furniture has the best customer in Young Shreves! His attention to detail and responsiveness never disappoints! Young was attentive from start to finish listening to what we wanted and offered many selections that fit our style! We look forward to enjoying our new sectional for years to come. My experience with Ashley furniture has been outstanding and truly friendly. While all the sales people are extremely friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated, I have had great help and experience in buying furniture with sales consultant Ashley Miller, who has found solutions every time in my endeavors in furniture shopping. Kudos to all!
Went looking for side tables and was greeted at the door with their spread around the store. Went on to look for them and when we found one we like a sales loser came up to us. I mentioned that the exact same one was cheaper at Goods in Kewanee and she said “well I guess you better go there then”. Screw this Ashly store, I’ll never go to this one ever again, but the Ashly in Moline and the one in Sterling are still good stores.
Terrible customer service! I am truly not sure how they stay in business with how they deal with customers. Recently bought a leather sectional with table and chairs bought additional chairs (4 extra) did not have room for 2 of them still in the box not opened yet unable to return as it has been over 7 days. Very disappointed! Also, the leather sectional I bought over 6k came broken one of the pieces does not attach right and when you recline it it rocks. I was told there was nothing they could do. I will not be returning to this store I will take my money and business elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same!
Was originally given delivery date of the 8th, and then told they couldn’t tell me when it was coming in until the day of.
Tried to make a payment on the couch I picked up, but couldn’t as it hasn’t been marked as delivered in their system. Call Ashley, told it’s the leasing company’s fault. Contact them, they have to contact Ashley to have them mark it in their system. Don’t know if people here have their heads up their butts or if they really just don’t care.
Jay greeted is as soon as we walked in, and checked on us periodically as we browsed the store. It took us a few hours to pick out our new couch and coffee table set, and Jay was very helpful looking up prices and availability. He made purchasing new furniture a breeze, and was very kind and patient. Thank you Jay!
I hate coming to this location any time I'm shopping for furniture. The salespeople act like they're suspicious of myself and whomever I'm with, possibly due to dressing extremely casually and being relatively young.
They're either staring at us or acting like we simply shouldn't be there. Maybe it's also just try-hard salespeople waiting to pounce but the atmosphere is incredibly uncomfortable to shop in. I've found pieces I really liked but the treatment from employees made us choose other places to purchase from. I won't be back any time soon.

Excellent experience! Bought our furniture and when the furniture arrived it was too big for our living room. Scott Smith our salesperson made the return process very easy and helped us pick out new furniture that will fit our living room. I'm very pleased with the whole shopping experience.
