Nice friendly staff. Was able to get an appointment the next day. Took some time on my first check up. Was relaxing and I did not feel rushed in and out like some places.

Omg! I am extremely happy that I ended up going with aspen! I lost all hope in getting my smile back! I am 34 only been to the dentist once back when I was 15 and the experience as you can tell never made me want to go back! But oh my goodness! These ladies at this ASPEN IN MARSHALLTOWN CENTER ST, are HEAVEN SENT! They made me feel so comfortable! Especially because I despise my smile/teeth…. They made it such a wonderful experience! The billing manager Omg I can’t remember her name, but she was getting over a minor cold, that’s how I remember her and she was wearing the cutest brown winter beanie, but she made it happen for me! She made it possible for me to afford a new smile! I will forever be so grateful to her!

Hadd dentures made and were way to big, went back and they made a second pare. They were crooked and teeth off center, said something and was told that was it. Worst dentures I've ever had and I've had some cheapens that were better at a third the price.

I just want to say first impressions say alot well Aspen Dental done an awesome job explaining what was going on with my teeth down to the finest detail on the procedure (s) awesome friendly staff

Great group of people at the Marshalltown Iowa location. I had lost a tooth out of one of my dentures and stopped by to get it fixed without an appointment, as I am a truck driver going through the area. They took care of me and had me back on the road in less than an hour.

I was a first time patient and they saw me and fixed my problem same day. Everyone was so kind and understanding of my anxiety and allowed me to wear my earbuds and communicated beautifully with me. Thank you to everyone but especially Dr. Wang and Jessica!

Had my first visit there. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. They performed a very detailed CT-scan screening and provided a complete plan. I return in a weeks time for more work.

Our first time experience at Aspen Dental was comfortable and reassuring. We were bringing our youngest Child to have a first time possible tooth extraction and we were very pleased with the positive and friendly atmosphere.

I went to Aspen dental today mainly because they are listed in my preferred provider network for Delta dental. It was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They performed a detailed screening and provided a complete plan that was reasonably priced. I return tomorrow for more work.

This was my first time at Aspen. I had a good experience with my Dental assistant. She was very nice and easy on the teetth. Haah

Had need of an emergency procedure (swollen gum and infected tooth) and Aspen Dental was able to see me AND resolve my issue on the same day. Emergency dental care is very hard to find in the Des Moines metro area and most clinics that “offer” it think a 2 day wait is acceptable. The professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff at the Marshalltown Aspen Dental were amazing. I would highly recommended them if you need excellent dental care whether or not is an emergency.
