Kind staff. They wanted to be very clear we new the procedures happening, however, I feel like they overbooked the day. We were there for nearly 2 hours for a consultation. Several other patients in and out. It was our 1st visit though, so hoping future visits are not so long

These people do not know what they're doing very poor care and charge different than they tell you cost wise when through. Not pros at all.

After a wait of an hour (with an appointment and no one in the waiting room), I was ready to have my tooth extracted, it was an emergency situation because I could not eat or sleep. Two hours later, they had full X-rays of my entire mouth, a 3D scan of my entire mouth, and had a dental hygienist go over my teeth. I paid up front in cash. They didn't even pull my tooth that day. I had to come back the afternoon of the next day. Mind you, I couldn't eat or sleep and I was in constant pain. I wouldn't go back there again unless I have 3 hours for a simple procedure

I went today for my free exams and x-rays and the ladies there did a fabulous job, kind, respectful, and care about my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them zero stars I would because one star is far too kind. This place does not care if you're in pain or how you to take care of your dental health. All they care about is profit and getting you locked into one of their scam payment arrangements and tell you that it's a third party put when you look up this third party, you find out they are a subsidiary of Aspen. They have no concern for your time or schedule. The first appointment I had with them they canceled it within 2 hours of the appointment. Then they don't offer you a close appointment time because their doctor wanted to leave early for the day. But who cares about your schedule or taking off work right? When you make the appointment you tell them you're in pain and they say that they're going to take care of you. Then they bring you back and want to do everything else but address the reason why you came there. And then they try and get you to sign up for some payment plan which they charge four times more than the average dentist. I went there for pretty much a second opinion. The original dentist said except they wanted to crown everything instead of fillings, which was the complete opposite of what an accredited dentist said needed to be done. And then they try to hit you up with a $30,000 bill to do a payment arrangement with them when a accredited dentist said that it can all be done for under $5,000. Avoid like the plague, especially the Muscatine office.

Everyone from your receptionist all the way to dentist and everyone in between were very friendly and courteous. I couldn't had a better experience I appreciate professional people and you have them. Thank you for the great experience.

Just went in for an exam and x-rays, and so far, everything has been great. They went over pricing for the cleaning, and I specifically have to visit with the oral surgeon there due to some possible complications. So far, great!

All about the money, no care for patient comfort. Will not be returning to the rude pretentious full of her self dentist. Made me tottally uncomfortable how i was treated.

My appointment was for 12: 30 I did not get seen until 1: 30 while dealing with excruciating pain in my mouth

Customer service is awful. They do a bait and switch to get you to come in. Then do not communicate well with nervous customers and are dismissive to questions ask. Beware and stay away they only care about the money.

I haven't been to a Dentist for sometime and I had a tooth break and the feeling fell out. I went to Aspen Dental and i ask if they took Medicare they did but not my kind, so I ask as well if they had a payment plan and they said they did so I proceeded on and they took alot of xrays and ask me alot of question about what med. I was on an so on.
They had to talk to my Dr.about some personal stuff and they would get back to me.
I had a sharp spot on my tooth and the Dentist grown it off and I ask what I owed them and they said nothing this time.
I must say, I have been to quite a few Dentists in my time and they was so pleasant and easy too. Of course there will be a good size bill the next time I go back because they have to pull my tooth.
Mainly why I'am doing all this is because Aspen Dental is a great place to go I think, if you go you will see what I mean.

The staff there, especially Emily, are super kind but I left still in pain and the dentist didn’t care enough to fit me in her schedule and help me. I don’t know what’s going on with our dental healthcare in this country but it is horrible. Dentists aren’t doing their duties as they once did. It’s terrible.

Made me wait almost 2 hours just to be told there was nothing that could be done and that I should just have a tooth extracted for having a CAVITY. When i told them that i needed to leave to go to work because I did not expect to be there for over 2 hours they gave me major attitude.

Aspen dental did everything that made my experience a good one. The people who work there are knowledgeable in what they do. If I need a dentist again, I would go back to Aspen Dental in a heart beat.

I had a very good experience. They made me feel comfortable and they have done a very good job.

A great experience! I came in as a walk in, hoping they could squeeze me in as I had a horrible tooth ache and knew something was wrong. They were missing a couple staff but still worked me into the schedule. The nurse and doctor were great and figured out my problem right away. Brittany at the front desk was awesome and took care of prepping me for the next steps. Highly recommend them!

I had the best experience, I have alot of issues with my teeth and gums. They got me in soon, x-rays didn't take long, they made me laugh and comfort me during the molding. I will smile again next week, that's how fast they scheduled me. Excited thanks to all of you!
