Aspen Dental, Ottumwa IA

Absolutely the worst place I have ever done business. After over a year I am sitting with around Two Thousand Dollar Dentures that don't fit.

I was frustrated by the fact that I was literally losing my teeth and Aspen dental was very nice and comfortable about it they guided me thru the process of getting my dentures made and gave me a healthy respect for their profession and I would recommend them to anyone

Great and Fast service. Fantastic technician and the front desk employees couldn't have been any better! Very informative and I will be back! I live 63 miles away but worth the drive!

I went here for a sore tooth. After 2 1/2 to 3 hours later they told me that in I needed $4000 to $7,000 in dental work.

It was a little more than I had expected. Cost and pain. But overall she was very considerate and professional.

Took 20 after my appointment time to get seen then was told they couldn't help me today but could in two weeks

Frustrated. The tech was fabulous. I waited an hour to get in. I called to get crown put back in was told I needed initial apt with exray and evaluation and cleaning. And thought that was my apt which my insurance would have paid. I was charged 95.00 to have nothing done. Dentist was rude and told me so was a waste of his time.

The Dentist was not very compassionate, kind and friendly. The Secretary who handles finances needs a crash course in human relations. Very non supportive. They way over charge for they're services.

My crown fell off my tooth and I was able to get right in to get it fixed Staff was courteous and friendly would highly recommend them

I made my appt and was open to the schedule they had open. I told them this was my first visit and that ultimately I will be wanting implants as my teeth have been a huge struggle in my life. I told them that I only needed an extraction.
When I got there I received an exam and period x-ray the doctor had a horrible bed side demeanor and told me he doesn't do implants and how they were too likely to get infection and that he does dentures I told him that's not what I wanted and after clanking into my teeth and apologizing twice he just continued to tell me what he wanted instead of listening to me and my needs and.they wanted to make me wait out in the lobby while they finished with another patient at this point with the failure to actually extract my tooth, a rude doctor and being told it would be 50000 dollars for implants they don't do at Aspen dental I walked out I will never go back to this establishment. I will be making sure that whenever I hear this companies name I recount what happened there.
Selfish, rude, money hungry and misleading is how I would describe Aspen dental.

Friendly staff. Made a plan for me before I left for future. Explained everything and answered all my questions.

Aspen Dental in ottumwa Iowa is the most worthless dental place I’ve ever witnessed
They are unprofessional and go out of there way to NOT help. There dentures are made of subpar material that will not last
So save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else

Visit was carefully and detail oriented. Everyone was polite and friendly. I was pleased with the service.

X-ray tech was fabulous.
Dentist was nice and I think probably a fine dentist. However they wanted to talk me into extra treatments I didn't want, and went ahead and scheduled them. Because of that, I'm not sure I'm going back. I have to think about it.

Called was told that could get me in. Had a tooth with pain. They said we can see you so great they are working me in. I show up on time. Wait a little bit and someone comes in takes me to a dental chair. I then proceed to wait an hour for them to tell me they are moving my appt. I live in another town so not only did I waste my time and gas they were unapologetic. Screw this place. How about a check for my time and gas being places are now charging for missed appointments. Should work both ways IMHO.

Took a bunch X-rays, I got to see them, ask questions, didn't get made fun of for not flossing enough. Talked with me about how we're gonna do everything with paying. Expensive even with my insurance though, only reason it got a 4, but health things are always hella expensive.

Its great, i got in right away, my works being done right away they got me financial help the same day. I will get temp. Dentures the same day i get my teeth pulled! No going without teeth for 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the dentist.

Its all good, people are friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
