Called earlier in the day to see if they were available to do anything with my model of phone and they were available to fix it right away within the same day.

They were very helpful getting my pixel 7 fixed. They were professional, kept me informed, and did the repair quickly. I highly recommend!

Very disappointed, set up appointment on their website, then 5 minutes later go a text wanting me to go to the ankeny location to fix my computer. If you don't fix computers take it off your website. Poor customer service.

I submitted a claim on Monday, got a text an hour telling me I could come in within the next week to have my phone repaired. Went in the next day and my phone repair was done within an hour of dropping it off! Dustin was very helpful, friendly and super fast service! Dustin was amazing! He correctly diagnosed my iPad problem, gave me an estimated cost to repair it, and gave me an expected repair completion date.

The repair was completed way before expected completion date. That never happens!

Dustin was very helpful today, professional, friendly and fast. I would recommend this store to anyone. I used this location for a repair in the past and had great service both times.

Took my PS5 in after a power surge to get fixed. They sent it to their hub center in Orlando to get done quicker, since they were swamped at this location. After almost a month got it back and it powers up but shuts off after a couple minutes from overheating, like it wasn't checked to make sure it was working properly again. The people were nice that I did talk to, and I didn't have to pay for whatever they did to it

I had difficulty with their hours and part shipments being delayed, but they made it right and got me a refund. I've gone before and will likely go again someday.

This is an amazing team of individuals that work diligently to get your technology fixed in a timely fashion! I had a PC that needed a battery replaced and they got me in and fixed up within a week! I also highly recommend being a member of their home+ membership as that will ensure that your technology will be fixed faster than if you don’t have one. Plus it saves you lots of money!

Solved my issue pretty quick. Only took a day for my replacement part to make it to the shop and then called me ASAP to have me bring my phone in and get it repaired.
