Athletico Physical Therapy - Adel

I have been treated by Athletico physical therapists for two separate ankle injuries. Each therapist has their own style but with the same great results. I always felt in control of my experience and made part of my treatment plan. Adel Athletico is my physical therapy office of choice.

I love Adel Athletico! It was so good. The facility was awesome, spacious, clean and excellent equipment. I feel like all the trainers and the receptionist are my friends now. AJ was my super trainer. He knows his stuff. My shoulders are much improved. He was patient and fun as well

I had a very positive experience with my physical therapy at Adel Athetico. My hip and back discomfort was resolved after just 3 visits. AJ was friendly, professional, and very good at what he does. He taught me a lot about stretching, strengthening, and conditioning in my time there. The gym is very clean, well equipped, and has a very inviting atmosphere. Everyone there was super friendly! Definitely recommend!

I had an overall great experience! Tim worked with me the most and a couple sessions spent with Carly.

I came in for a post-op treatment for a hip labrum repair, and I could not be happier with how well everything went. AJ and Carly both did a great job at getting me back on my feet. Thank you!

This was not my first experience with physical therapy but it was the best. I worked primarily with AJ on balance and strength issues. After just over a week, I could see changes in my abilities. Today was graduation and I’m very pleased with the progress made. AJ was both pleasant, professional and concerned. The entire staff were friendly and great to work with. This was my first experience with physical therapy and AJ and staff were phenomenal. I began feeling better after each treatment. I would recommend Athletic and physical therapy over any alternative. In addition to treatment their hours and availability made making appointments a breeze.

I have learned so much and have eliminated so much pain while adding mobility. I will always choose physical therapy over pain medication. Tim, and Katie helped me last December with rotator cuff pain and Tim and Carly and Morgan helped me this fall after my brain bleed from aneurysm.

I had the privilege of working with AJ ash and Carly. Both listened to me and my desires for what I needed to feel better. We set coals together. I would highly recommend Athletic in Adel to anyone in need.

Ridiculously strong recommendation to make an appointment with this team! My physical therapist Katie is nothing short of amazing. In the past 2 years, she has successfully treated me for vertigo, jaw misalignment and lower back pain (yeah, I'm an old guy and the shell is breaking down).
Katie accurately discerned my vertigo was caused by a neck issue and not the standard ear crystal cause. A neurologist who couldn't figure that out agreed with her assessment.
I could go on and on, but safe to say all the staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable!
Of most importantce to me, they take their job seriously, but nobody seems to take themselves seriously! I completely appreciate that!
Whatever their salary, they are underpaid! AL

The staff at Adel athletico are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
We've had 3 family members go here, and have had great results for all our issues, while still getting a diverse exercise routine to fit our needs, even altering it by the day to work around different pains related to previous days exercises.
