Amazing service. Walked in and Tonya greeted me right away at the door. She was able to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. I went in just to see what they had to offer since I am not happy with current provider. Tonya talked everything through with me and explained what I needed to do in order to keep my number and switch to AT&T. I will be back and be switching my service to AT&T.
The customer service at this store is horrible to say the least! I called a day in advance to make sure they would be open as I was driving from more than an hour away. I was assured they would be. When I got to the store a little after 5: 00 PM they were already closed; however, they were supposed to be open until 7: 00 PM. I was greeted by a woman who was aggravated at the fact she had to unlock the door to speak with me. I told her I was just there to pick up a phone I purchased through my AT&T app. She told me I would need to come back tomorrow. I explained I was from quite a distance away and wasn’t able to come back. I said I already paid for the phone, I just need to pick it up. She said we are changing companies and our computers are off for the night so I am unable to assist you. I said I just need to pick up my device and then I would be on my way. She then changed her story to they were doing inventory and since the device was still showing in their inventory there was nothing else she could do. She then proceeded to tell me she had wasted the last 15 minutes talking to me and if she didn’t get going she would get in trouble, and slammed the door in my face! I was denied access to getting the product I paid for!
The service at this store is unacceptable!

Destiny was unbelievable! We are from out of state and needed to replace our phones. Her store was the closest store front to us so we chose her store. There were 3 of of us and we had a lot of issues to sort through. Destiny was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions as well as helping a new employee. While we were there many customers arrived and wanted help with various issues. Destiny and her co-worker were kind to all the patrons and helped each one as quick as they could.
Our plan required us to surrender our old phones but our son's was going to take 13 hours to transfer the info to his new phone. Destiny went above and beyond any expectations by setting up a time for her to come by where we were staying (she happened to live in that town) 2 days later to allow us to transfer all the info from our old phones to our new ones. She even spent time helping us with questions that had arisen since we left the store. What a wonderful convenience for us! How is that for personal service!
Destiny is a very knowledgeable young lady and really helped us out! We would highly recommend her store in Sioux Center, IA! Thank you soooooo much Destiny!
Destiney was amazing with not only helping me but others in the store. She is definitely showing great management skills. I will definitely be back.

I came in with my fiancé to look at switching from Verizon to AT&T. Destiney was very knowledgeable. She had no problem answering any and all of our questions.

Very poor service. In fact we received no service at all after standing there for 20 to 30 minutes while 2 employees were "helping" 1 lady. They didn't even acknowledge we were there or even look at us while we stood there. Not one word was said to us.
Caleb and Marco are excellant at their positions at AT&T. They are very helpful, go above and beyond. They were helped EVERY time I came in for help, which was several times. They explain things well and help me with things I did not know anything about! Keep up the excellant customer service young men!
