Absolutely FANTASTIC service from Efraim! What a nice young man. I forgot that my phone was in my pocket when I went into The Gulf of Mexico on Tuesday. I brought the phone in to the store, yesterday and Efraim explained that I had the warranty and I’d would be receiving the new phone today. It came about 5 P. M.so I decided to bring it to the store, to see if I could get my info switched to the new one. Efraim was with a customer but while they were wrapping up that person, he came over to me and within 15 minutes he had all my data switched over to the new phone.
Efraim is very nice and very professional.
Please let him know that I was very pleased with today’s service.

I think his name was ether James or jason but he was fantastic I dropped my phone in the River and I didn’t have to 500$ to pay off the phone to get a new one and he helped me set up a new line and made it to where I could get a new phone the same day. He was great and I really appreciate how easy he made it for me!

Oh my goodness. Fast, easy, and affordable service. What more could you expect? I went into the Merle Hay store location and I was immediately greeted by Shaddai and Nida. I was in the market for a phone that I could use for work and I have pretty high standards. I was able to get a brand new iPhone 13 without much hassle. It took about 45 minutes max (and that’s pushing it) Nida and Shaddai were so efficient and they worked diligently to ensure I left happy and satisfied with my product. I am so appreciative that they were able to assist me. The atmosphere is almost familial and it was a pleasure working with them. I will 100% be returning if I have any questions or other issues. AT&T customer for Life! Keep up the great work!

I arrived at the merle hay location and was greeted by the manager Naomy she helped me upgrade my new phone and got me a great deal! I'm so happy with my
phone and my new experience I had at this location! I will be back forsake

Super nice folks.
Bilingual and super knowledgeable.
Very informative.
Super patient as I need an abundance amount of patience, I am very picky about what I spend my money on and the perks I gain by joining a company. I was with Verizon for 10 years and they actually got me to switch! Hopefully this works out or back to Verizon I GO!

I was skeptical after looking at the reviews but went to merle location yesterday since my phone was not connecting to the network. I was so glad i did, firstly smiling faces everywhere eager to help there was a lady that helped me, she took the time to review my account and see what was causing my phone to drop signal, she was able to get me a new sim and also upgraded me to 5G plan which is cheaper than the plan i had and i was able to get 2 samsung watches as well that i wanted for so long. I was so pleased with the kindness of the lady and the guy (i dont remmember their names) and my opinion about the store changed i used to work gor big corp and i know what limits and restrictions do the store leaders have so i understand to what limit they can go, people who think that store employees can put a credit on the bill for something that was not their fault is a wrong expectation, anyway i had a great experience! Keep up the good work store staff!

Long time 30 plus year customer. Went to this store for a new phone. The salesperson was very helpful. I was paying $98 dollars for two lines. Could have stayed on this plan, but was quoted $115 for an unlimited plan.ait turns out it will be $160 per month. I have discussed this with ATT. They basically but nicely said I am screwed. Be very careful of these folks and unlike me get the quotes in writing.

Store manager does literally nothing to help with billing issues. I have gone into the store and called many times with messages and she is always unavailable and hasn't returned any of my calls. This has been going on for weeks.

Walked in today at AT&T at Merle Hay Road in Des Moines with a SIM card issue (I had inserted my sim card in another phone and that confued the IMEI number, Juan greeted me and immediately diagnosed the problem, very professional and personable.
